After doing a lot of digging on the internet, I finally found out what this maverick is. Using Google Translate, the Japanese kanji roughly comes out as "Cerezo Alraunis" which makes sense, because: Cerezo = Old Spanish for "cherry blossom/cherry tree" Alraunis = Taken from "Alraune" which is the name for the flower succubus creature in German fiction Only question I have is, what might her special power or affinity be?
Thanks to Rayan Fakih the second half of the name makes more sense, Alraunis as in Alaruna. The first part cerezo really doesn't sound like any real word but after reading Rayan's reply to GladDestronger commenting how the boss could be a cherry blossom themed it hit me. Giving google's rough translation of words it is possibly that cerezo is actually supposed to be cereza the spanish word for cherry. So perhaps the boss' name is something like Cereza Alruanis.
Ok what systems and when? I assume mainly just PC as it can't get a profit or be licensed on some systems due to the tightasses at CAPCOM suing them for continuing a brilliant game series.
