Saying about classic Mega Man, the RM boss themes there have never been that chaotic. MM1, 4, 5, 8, 9, and 11 don't count either.

It is a good remix, but not my cup of tea. I love the chaotic style of the original. This lacks frenzy and punch, but it does sound more harmonic and soft.

Sorry man, but for me, the original is not chaotic but just cacophonous in the second half of the loop. I couldn't stand it and had to mute the game sound completely as soon as I hear it. Remember old Rainbow Man's theme? It's even worse in terms of harmonics and such. I'm really glad they finally fixed it later, the new version sounds incomparably better.
The other thing is that Robot Master Boss theme and old Rainbow Man's theme are both composed by MegaPhilX, which made me doubt his music composing skills. On the other hand, Kevin's tracks are pretty good! Why it wasn't Kevin who made the Robot Master Boss theme instead? It's a mystery for me. I bet he would perfect Phil's theme.
