I’m having empathy pains for you, Remi! Years ago I got a bad case of food poisoning from-of all things-a wedding reception. About 30 people got sick. I was so sick all I could do was make it to the bathroom from the bed and back again. By afternoon I was dying of thirst, but every time I headed for the kitchen I wound up in the bathroom instead. I had to call my neighbor to bring me a glass of water.😂. We lived in a tiny one bed/one bath house and my then-husband came down with it 12 hours after me. He brought in a five gallon bucket just in case, but we were able to manage in the bathroom in alternating shifts. For nausea I highly recommend two or three peppermint Altoids; they really work! And hey-they are made in U.K. Greetings from Florida. 😊
Your voiceovers are everything ❤. I love them so much! I'm so glad you are over the worst of it. I enjoyed seeing your beautiful family all together at the end

It doesn’t matter! When you get it , you get!! Ps- bleach & water is also my friend! What was good for my mum is good enough for me!! I feel for you , god bless you & chalk it up for a stronger immune system!!! You remind me of my mother & how she would make a bad situation feel secure ! Your such a sweet wife & mother ✝️♥️🇺🇸
Might sound gross but, I keep buckets on hand for if the kids get sick. They are small, and can't always make it to the bathroom on time. They get really upset when they can't make it and it's more work for me, too! We also have mattress protectors all round, and when the kids are unwell we tuck the pillows under there so nothing gets on those, no sheet only blankets. Clean up is much easier all around. Single mother with 3 small kids, make it work how I can. We also have hard floors throughout the home so that's easier to handle too. 😂
Yes with bringing back memories of hyperemesis! Exactly what you said with it not ending! Any slight nausea I get now it brings it all back, horrendous.
So glad you're little one is feeling better and you're all okay 💛 I'm very grateful you had that sick bug last year because you are on of my favourite people to watch and help motivate me with 💛

❤your voice overs. Its sad you have to keep explaining or defending how you run your household. Keep doing what your doing and how your doing it. Lovely to see you all together. ❤
Love the family bed. I can relate to your pregnancy sickness. I was sick with both of mine, who are four years apart because I was afraid to be so sick again with a toddler. First time I couldn't eat - food made me nauseous. I lost weight (not heavy to begin with) and didn't gain anything until I was six months. I had to leave work at four months, and couldn't do much but rest. I SO wanted to love being pregnant. I did love birth, though. I had home births both times with midwives. Good thing, too, because I had rotten postpartum both times, especially with my first who had trouble nursing in the beginning and was very needy. With my second I was in bed for seven months. This time I couldn't tolerate fluids so I was on an IV for five months. Some people were kind, others thought I was looking for attention. I could eat this time (as long as it would stay down), but it was like the WORST flu where you can't even lift your head off the pillow. It was depressing. I couldn't stand light or sound or smells! I remember thinking that I didn't realize how lazy I really was, until I gave birth and felt better and remembered that I was actually ambitious! It was like a switch flipped and I was myself again. Oh the joys of motherhood :)
I had hyperemesis when I was pregnant, too. Dreadful stuff. You cannot move any which way without heaving. You're so right about nausea. It's usually a relief to actually vomit it out and that just lasts a minute or two. I love your voiceover. You have a very calming voice. Hope all are healthy now.
You are just lovely! I always feel so much better when I've watched one of your videos. I sit smiling as l watch because l can so relate. This time it was using the washing up bowl as a sick bucket. The times I've done that one!! I'm thankful you're all recovering well.😊
Wish your family well. It must have been hard for you and family to get on top of all your housework after feeling g so rough. You are amazing to get your house back in order again. You don't need to apologise,we have all been there.😊😊
Honestly, you're a better person than me with that experience with the dog 🤣 I wouldn't of bothered finding the owner, not my pet, not my problem. Especially if my baby was unwell 💙
Hi Remi, hope you're all feeling better now 😊 it's horrible being ill, especially when it's boiling outside! Great video always. Hope you all have a lovely weekend. ❤
What a treat to wake up to another notification from you! 💝 Thank you for the lovely chat and wonderful video, as always! So happy to hear that you’re all well 🥰 Wishing you a great weekend!! 💝
I just discovered your channel, and I’m so glad I did. I find it so comforting to know I’m not alone trying to keep a house full of kids and pets tidy!❤
Love the washing up bowl as the sick bowl. I don’t know about you, but as a nineties kid our sick bowl was the bowl my mum used for mixing cake batter and other baking 😂
Absolutely not having a go as I'm sure your not aware but garlic is toxic to dogs as is onion so be careful what leftovers your give to doggy. Love your videos they inspire me to clean when I don't want to!
Your voice is a perfect voice for recording you don’t have the hum that vibrates in your throat or the ahem ahem 😂and you don’t sound annoying you sound perfect and I’m a huge UA-cam indulger and some I can’t listen too it’s like scratching chalk boards (hope your all feeling better
Oh Remi! 😂 I do love you 🤮💩 "That was a bonding experience". My kids are teenagers now but oh gosh I remember those vommaggedon days so well. Keep going you are doing so brilliantly ❤.
I agree with you 100%. When I’m nauseous. I can’t get anything done. It is just the worst❣️ my boys are grown now, but when they were little, it was so awful to see them sick and not be able to make it all better for them at that very moment,, I love your videos hope everyone is all better now ❤
This video brought back memories when my children were littles and school just started which I always called plague central and well you just lived it. Hope the boys are doing great and you and Charlie dodged a bullet.
I'm glad y'all were able to eat together at the end. I hadn't noticed that you were wearing different colored thongs until you mentioned it. Hopefully, all of y'all are well now. 🙏 ❤

I honestly don't know how you do it.....Great Job Remi.... I think you two are doing a wonderful job taking care of the family.....From the U.S. thumbs 👍 up...😊❣️
❤your voice overs. Its sad you have to keep explaining or defending how you run your household. Keep doing what your doing and how your doing it. Lovely to see you all together. ❤
I’m so glad things went well for you, it would be a shame for ppl not to get to know you, you are fabulous 😊
Hey,Remi.👋Always love your videos.😍Prayers for you&your family.🙏We haven't had the bug in VA.👍Hope&pray we don't.😬
Hello dear Remi, your voice and videos soothe my soul. ❤
You are always amazing
I really appreciate your transparency and real-ness. Thank you for sharing this video!
Love❤& Hugs Remi xoxox❤
Ps- I could watch & listen to you for hours! You really help me get motivated to do my own house, albeit one room at a time❤❤
I had hyperemesis when I was pregnant, too.
You are so wonderful to watch! You're a great mom and a great inspiration!
Loved your comment about the different colored flip-flops! I wear a different colored bedroom slippers sometimes, and thought I was the only one! 😀
When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade - and that's inspiring!
❤ love that I’ve found you!!!!! Much ❤ from NC
You and hubby make a great team! Beautiful family, beautiful home. ❤
Thank you 🥰
Hi Remi, hope you're all feeling better now 😊 it's horrible being ill, especially when it's boiling outside! Great video always. Hope you all have a lovely weekend. ❤

You’re very welcome ☺️
You are so sweet and honest makes us love you more ❤😂
Glad you're all feeling better! 💕
Thanks! ☺️
Love the washing up bowl as the sick bowl. I don’t know about you, but as a nineties kid our sick bowl was the bowl my mum used for mixing cake batter and other baking 😂
I always feel inspired every time I watch your vlog. Thank you again for the reminder that it’s ok, life happens. Take care and stay well ❤️
Omg you're so right, the feeling of nausea is worse than being sick, being sick stops after being sick, nausea can last a long time. Horrible.
These videos are so comforting
Thank you!! ❤️❤️❤️
Great you had a lovely sunny day to get the washing dried.
Remi I really enjoy your videos. I'm so overwhelmed at times trying to get things done, but watching you have given me the ability to calm down and take a section at a time and get it done. Thank you.
