He stomped her face in. I can't believe how much the initial attack was downplayed and how easy he got off.
He got two years for attacking her viciously. He got 5 for ramming the cop car. That says a lot.
That's misogyny for ya.
Honestly relieved by these replies. You comment "ruthlessly beating a women is wrong" in the wrong place and you can end up with an insane amount of disgustingly misogynistic replies disagreeing.

There have been more than one judge who's been in trouble or conflict due to domestic abuse. They're usually dismissed though (the charges that is)
Ye normally you gotta stay pedophilin’ to keep those jobs. Murder usually isn’t on the menu. Maybe they needed a box

Yeah, how many more like this are there? We're taught to say your honor, and respect these people. Literally putting them on a pedestal. Then we see this. VERY dangerous indeed. Peoples lives and the justice we trust falls on these human beings shoulders. Vote, and those who are responsible for appointments of this type had better use true judgement. Not political games, but true judgement. Because you or one of your loved ones lives may hang in the balance of the very person you helped appoint as judge .
His “apology” was a workshop in how narcissistic sociopaths attempt to appear human. I honestly don’t know how people can’t see through something like that. That speech was far too long. It was about HIM and he loves the sound of his own voice. He’s in love with himself and his pain and pride. He said all the things he thought we was supposed to, and “cried” without tears.
Unfortunately it often takes one to suffer at the hands of a sociopath oneself, before you can see the transparency of such people's lies and manipulation.
I've been with one for 19 years. At this point I'm lucky to still be alive. Even tho I feel dead inside. I don't live everyday, right now, I survive everyday. It's no life to live.
@@PlAiNJaNe521 It’s not your issue, it’s theirs. There are real people out there. Not everyone is like that. Don’t lose hope and keep your eyes peeled for people that love you unconditionally.
How can you say he was lying or being sociopathic? He took his punishment like a man, didn't tell lies or try to get off on a technicality, apologised to his wife and kids and the court. Because his speech was long? Even though he may have considered it his last speech to his wife/kids or to the public (considering how he's going to jail and may have thought that he could've been attacked there). Honestly, this is an example of a model prisoner, someone who can actually be rehabilitated. Someone remorseful and somebody who isn't a repeat offender and somebody who had a decent job and life and friends.
@@jazzabighits4473 few issues with his speech (granted, things are easier to see in hindsight): 1) keeps referring to her as his wife when she has divorced him 2) references his career and how he was a champion against DV 3) uses ‘I’m broken’ language which removes accountability (he also says ‘my actions’ which is better) 4) stating his end goal is forgiveness instead of healing for those he hurt (might just be a phrasing thing).
All those people who wrote letters of support for Lance Mason - a congresswoman, pastors, clergy, judges, politicians, et all -
after he beat the sh*t out of his wife; may they all rot in hell.
That's a bit extreme
They probably beat their own wives.
I doubt they actually knew the man, I bet it was just that type of shallow political support fancy people have for each other
@@daddyskaddy94 Not extreme at all

You're a racist.

You deserve who you choose. She needed to pick better.
@iseehowitis9382
Do you really think he beat her and abused her when they first met? In the beginning of the relationship?
Seems you know NOTHING about psychology.
These men first pretend to be nice, then little by little they mentally torture their victim and make them believe their worth nothing as well as cut them off from their family and friends.
THEN the beatings start, and it often ends when they eventually kill their victim.
This is an abuser-problem. NOT a victim-problem.
Stop victim blaming.
This was premeditation. He waited for her with a knife. This wasn’t a crime of the moment at all.
I was waiting for the premeditated charge
And may have also waited until he knew her new boyfriend wouldn’t be around to intervene. That dude was a complete coward all the way around.
Obviously.
A kitchen knife?? 56 stab wounds?? & ramming a squad car. Not well planned at all if premeditated. There was definitely passion in the mix.
I’m genuinely wondering tho. If there was a protective order for him to stay away from her, why did the sister allow him to be at the house knowing she was coming to drop the kids off? And why did she allow HIM to be the one to go outside to retrieve them? I honestly feel like she needs to be charged too.
That last statement of his was a crock of sh*t. If he was so worried about his daughters being assaulted, why didn’t he confront the boyfriend?? He stabbed her almost 60 times-that rage was for her and her alone. Then to say “I take full responsibility”-but I promise you he doesn’t regret it. To him, she ruined his life and he was the victim. I hope someone beats the brakes off of him everyday for the rest of his life. What a monster.
Hopefully he will run into someone he sentenced before.
He will be in PC, general would murder him just for being a judge.
@@matthewscully795That would be so satisfying
I was thinking the same thing
The ex had been planning to kill her any which way all along. He was prepared to throw his own life away just to kill her. Domestic violence is never a one off incident.
Black lives matter
Lol, you're a transgender.
I dunno. That scene was not well thought out. That was a crime of jealousy & passion...& a few other neg emotions.
Absolutely true. It's never a one time thing.
Trouble is because he was a Judge he knew exactly what to say and how to act to get as much sympathy from the Jury etc!
He was a judge...that's the trouble.
No, it’s bc the system gives special treatment to the sovereign citizens, cops, politicians, judges, prosecutors etc
He pleaded guilty there wasn't a jury involved without a trial just the judge.
Nah, it's the BLM thing.
Can't be seen handing actual justice down to a BLM person.
yep he played the system ,
I hope that the people who wrote character references for him have learned a lesson.
They probably haven't.
Don't count on it. People in politics are monsters to begin with, this guy just did his own dirty work instead of getting others to do it for him.
He was a part of the same system as them. They will always protect their own.
I hope so too. A friend of mine would have been in the State House of Reps with him, if I'm not mistaken. I wonder if he wrote one of the letters 😬. He's a judge now too. I hope he had better sense. Even if the guy was an extremely good and decent man by all accounts- that one act demonstrated that he had a serious rage issue. The fact that he had never abused her before made him almost more dangerous because there was nothing to guage, no escalation that could have warned her. If it were to happen again, it would be totally out of the blue, and that's precisely what happened. He lost his ability to excercise any kind of self control, and once that rage hit he didn't care who he hurt, his kids, his sister, the cop he hit. He should have had extremely supervised terms of probation, including ongoing mental health care. That's the only thing that could have possibly protected her. I don't know how 30 educated people could conclude that he was not a dangerous man, and he would never lose control like that again.
I'm sure they haven't.
He didn't love his kids. If you love your kids, you don't kill their other parent. All he ever thought about was himself, it seems.
I believe he loved his kids. He didn't love his ex. That's why parents fight so much during divorce. Still, I 100% agree, he should not have killed his wife, or harmed her in any way. Now he is paying the price. Now the kids have lost both parents.
@@jinglejazz7537 no...he absolutely did not love them
@@courtney7027 ok...if you say so.

He should have been held to a higher standard simply due to his profession and oath of office instead of getting special leniency because of it. What a travesty of justice! Rules for thee but not for me mentality. Unfortunately, it happens more often than not. RIP Sweet Aisha, you deserved so much better!......Thanks for covering this story....
From an ex president right on down...
The difference between how Aisha cared for her daughters and how Lance did is striking. They actually were her first concern before even her own injuries. I think 40k was a very modest request for damages that included FACIAL RECONSTRUCTION surgery and even so she made sure the impact to her daughters was treated through therapy (how few children get the opportunity to receive counseling after witnessing abuse between their parents). Insane after all his talk about his love and protection of his daughters he murdered their mother in front of them and had the audacity to present another man as the real threat.
That she only wanted that amount alone tells you a lot about Aisha…
What a monster…. That defense was the best he could come up with while in jail? Now who will protect his daughters? Absolutely psychotic
You don't need expensive facial reconstruction or plastic surgery just for a few whacks. 40k was too much imo.

I really want to give props to the prosecutor who called him the f out!! She said it very well. He is soooo incredibly manipulative and it is clear those letters and apologies and getting early release was all bullshit.
Yes! She let him have it! Everything she said was true.
It’s shocking to see how all the people around him were more than eager to write letters of support on his behalf. It’s on their conscience.
It’s not shocking. People value and believe men over women time and time again.
He will be a freemason. You can't be a judge without being a freemason. Evil is what he is. And the justice system is evil too. People with that kind of power are always evildoers
@@starjen222It’s got nothing to do with gender. They valued him because he was a judge 🙄
Not really shocking because the politics justifies everything. He wouldn't have had all those letters of support if he were a factory worker. Seriously doubt that was the first foray into domestic violence, either.
I don't understand why he was charged with attempted felonious assault from the first attack. It was not attempted. He did it! The need for facial reconstructive surgery is certainly not a misdemeanor! I hope the mayor and all those people who wrote letters of recommendation for him after his jail release feel like dirt now.
They sleep just fine.

It’s to help him be discovered in the algorithm and nothing more… if you want to succeed on the platform you need to do certain things to get your content discovered.
@@Violettero but it was inspired by JCS
It's all about the algorithm.
I'm aware. I'm not telling the guy to remove it, just that his content is good enough to stand on its own lol
All of those judges and officials who gave him a recommendation need to be voted out.
Thirty letters of support for him! Those people should be ashamed of themselves as should be that judge! Lots of people deal with flooded houses and rats but they don’t kill! We’ve had rats in the foundations for a while & yes it stressful but you don’t kill one another. People make excuses for one another all the time. People show who they are they do not change. He’s full of shit they say he speaks, he was worried something would happen to his kids?! Something did happen; he killed their precious mother.
That's interesting... I had pest control out. They dropped a load of bait. In the following week or month, can't remember exactly but there where a wod load of dead rodents.... So is it illegal over there to actually kill the rodents...
You can't blame anyone for being captivated by his charm. Even Aisha supported his early release.
Their poor Babies.
He deserves to be forgotten by all who loved him forever more.
truly
Just wow! This one shook me up. It was so senseless, and his "reasoning" was just a pathetic attempt to mask his jealousy. Adults solving their problems with violence is so scary. It never takes long before it comes to this 😥
I found out that bad things happen to kids, so I murdered my wife. Makes perfect sense.
I can't imagine the horror that he inflicted on his kid by murdering their mother. He protected his daughters from nothing. He took everything from them.
absolute madness he makes no sense at all those poor children 😢
I was thinking WTF is he talking about? some third cousin of his was SA and that let him to try to cut his wife's head. What a POS
Yeah but so many people in our society say they would do heinous acts to people who hurt their children even if it's a family member and so many others support it like it's the right thing to do.
I know right? in the end it seemed like he was trying to portray himself as, "I'm just such a good person, too good for my own good, and it led me to be so virtuously stressed that I killed my ex-wife!"... seriously what a monster
Yep. He's trying to say that his wife was exposing their children to potential peadophiles and that the "incident" with his niece or whoever it was caused him to be justifiably fearful of a potential attack, enabled by his wife... and so all this "genuine" worry caused him to do what he did. Blah blah blah. What a crafty cunt!
What a way to treat the woman you allegedly loved; he didn't even consider how this would affect his children he was supposed to love and cherish. Now their childhood memories will be forever tarnished with his 47 stab wounds to their loving mother, imprinted indelibly, forever.
So infuriating!! If he wasn’t a judge, this never would have happened because he would have been in prison!! NO ONE should be treated with leniency because of their job or reputation!🤬 I hope those poor girls can grow up happy despite all of this!
Doubtful. Look around the internet at how many bitter, broken ,& abused people use this platform to emote their pain in the most virulent of ways. They'll likely grow up w/ deep seeded resentments. & that breaks my heart to know.
Attempted assault? He beat that woman brutally. In front of his children. He stood their bravely because his time had already been pre negotiated. Then Early release and a new job for the mayor? God this is sick.
He showed them who he was but they did not want too see.

He hid his true self for so long... He was a role model, a great job, a beautiful wife and loving children... But apparently that wasn't enough for him. Seems he was quite the con. He even had support after committing a vicious crime, but he didn't appreciate it. He was so lucky that first time, unlike many, he had a chance to still have a good life.. but he still wasn't satisfied.

He asked if she was okay after he beat her down. That had me flabbergasted. He killed her because she moved on. It was pure jealousy and because he lost everything. The family member being assaulted was just an excuse. He planned to kill her after the first time he beat her. He manipulated the people who forgave him. He should've went to counseling the first time if he was truly remorseful. Another family was destroyed. What a shame.

This is heartbreaking 💔
This was absolutely heart breaking. Rip
Absolutely devastating way to end a woman and mother's
life.
That dog was absolutely useless.
It didn't attack Mason because it didn't want to be called racist.
