i've had this helmet for 6 months or so, really comfortable and noticeably lighter than my previous HJC sy max 3. what is really great is that the visor cutout is wider for a much better field of view.
Hey chuck, you and I share similar tastes. I bought an fj09 2017 model leftover beginning of last year and just ordered the RPHA90 in a graphic I have to wait till April to get. I will also be adding the cardio slim. I don’t mind waiting just so I can ride a little in my old helmet and do a good comparison with the new helmet. I love your vids and have watched a lot of em if not all. Thanks for putting out such informative and quality content, you’ve definitely helped me with my decision to get the fj09 which I have wanted since it first came out in that awesome matte gray. Mine is the dark blue and I’ve totally fallen for that color but still think the matte gray was the best for this bike. Thanks again!
I really like the white fj-09's of 2017 and I've considered changing the color to white, but the matte grey is nice too, so I've never seriously considered a color change. Thanks for the comment, I try to only publish quality videos rather than quantity. I actually liked the fj-09 since I first saw one. Stay safe and enjoy the ride.
How you liking the RPHA 90S after a good year of use? I am thinking of getting a second helmet for passenger and backup helmet and this was high on the list of one considering. Thanks for your videos I am subscribed, currently riding my 2017 Versys for about a year now.

It was uncomfortable (tight in the cheek pads) for a while, but after some breaking in time, I'm pretty happy with it.
That shield lock latch looks kinda flimsy. How's it holding up? Thanks.
It's not flimsy at all, no issues with it.
