  • Let’s Create! The traditional paella Valenciana consists of rabbit and chicken. But many cook it just with chicken and some might with rabbit. I choose to cook this one with rabbit. However the steps are the same whether you decide to cook it with only chicken or with both.
    This is one of those delicious meal that has an element of art to it as well as visual element during the cooking. I choose to prepare this in the kitchen to show you that paellas can also be prepared on the stove and how.
