    This excerpt is new to me. Are the rolls supposed to be continuous, or should it be distinct rolls?

      Thanks for watching! In the third mvt the rolls are connected, fairly standard interpretation. Some people add a metric accent at the beginning of each roll, which is also nice and makes sense. I’ve always played them connected and have never been asked by the conductor for any separation in the phrasing.

    Rosewood Coopermans?

      @@crollickforge1494 those sticks are Rohema Concert mezzos. I’m pretty sure they are a species similar to rosewood. Red Hornwood. More dense with less vibration than rosewood. Hornwood is actually a laminate from what I understand.
