    Can you cite any examples of HR having transformed engagement to the extent that business metrics were impacted? HR has almost no ability to force change on disinterested leadership. So, as long as HR remains the focal point for EE/EX, the needle won't be moving.

    Everyone is talking about AI taking over nowadays. I would like to say this. People said similar things when computers where introduced, but we know the truth now, that computers increased the economy and standard of living worldwide.
    So is AI too, will help companies to increase productivity and in turn help more economic activities then harming people.
    Simple logic is if lots of people are going to lose jobs means, who will the products and services to be sold to.
    So keeping this in mind the economy will grow a little bit faster for people's benefit. 😊
