- What are central and local responsibilities in an international HR organization? How are responsibilities of an HR department changing? What are major roles/areas in a modern HR organization?
Armin trost is a wounderful teacher who has inspired millions like me. Such teachers are our beacon to find destinations in education. They also teach us the values which a responsible citizen should have and also take pains in clearing our doubts and help us to grow academically also. I humbly appreciate Trost A. as my/our teacher and professor for bringing a positive change in our lives. Always stay blessed and thank you for sharing your wisdom.
You are the definition of a good teacher. Thank you so much Mr Trost! Grüße aus Hamburg

Very good
sir plz don't say yourself dumb psychologist you are genius.....
Sir I also did my masters in psychology now I'm thinking of hr but kind of confused
Can someone rightly explain the difference between HR and OD? Would love to see the answers....if Prof trost can answer....it would be the best case scenario for me 😆
Od is organisational development and is broader than HR that tends to focus on the people aspect of the organisation. Od can include systems and business processes to drive efficiencies and cost reduction.
Od in a HR sense looks at how these business changes effects the staff or workforce. Do you need redundancies? Do you need different skills? Etc
Od is arguably a strategic focus of the business and its change, whereas, HR is a department that's responsibility is to advise, support and run processes regarding people within the organisation.
Dr Amin, get into the concept rather than going through unnecessary concept. You just go around the HR concept without going into the depth of the subject. It is totally a waste, I’m afraid.
your opnion may be misleading. Prof Trost is a leader and shows the way -you have to walk on your goals - he has shown the many paths that HR can have
his teaching method is one of the very best!
