Something to consider: Ragnaraika Bloom gives all of your Insect monster +300 ATK, that includes your Invincible Atlas, which means that it will lose their protection
Your bug deck is close to mine but mine has a lot more paths I can take. But very good bug deck. I run the insect Queen and two kaijus and three parasites. And some other bugs to help.i also use the spider engine

Love the ragnaraika insect deck, I would love to play it but I'm waiting for the price of the ragnaraika spell and plant monster to decrease.
Instead of those cards I play small world, foolish burial, gold sarc to search resonance insect and some more extenders as well to consistently get resonance + insect extender in hand.
the new link 5 raika card also helps tremendously with endboards and follow up for the deck. I love it.

I use giant ballgame to slide the opponent my revived link 2 beetrooper to lock them into insect. I also think that nib is better than ash currently in main. Spooky may be good in game two since the deck doesn't have too many ways to break boards.
My pure bug deck beats labyrinth and a lot of the meta

maxx c as an insect synergizes with this deck, so if anything it would be better in the ocg
Remember if you scout buggy it locks you into insects.
But only when it is on field if you summon Cicada King or link it off you can summon other types again
Hello, I really like your profile, but I would like to play in a 40 card version, which cards would you recommend taking?
@RaidenPereyra I actually updated the list after this video was released and I am also currently working on an update post INFO since there's brand new Ragnaraika support in there. The decklist is rather flexible you can cut a number of things to bring the deck count down. You can cut the giant ballgame spell card for example which frees up 1 slot. The rest would be up to personal preference.

@CalvinDesignFX I have an updated decklist on my channel however I'm currently working on another update post infinite forbidden which releases later this month and has new Ragnaraika support.

Can I just ask why your not choosing to play the Link 3 Traptrix Atypus? It gives your deck a lot more targeted negates in a format where you can honestly need them. I like Beetrooper Armor Horn a lot but I think you could probably cut it down to one of. As much as I like the Big beetrooper fusion it's extremely resource intensive, also one last thing is I would play Instant Fusion in any insect deck just for Cruel Saturnas alone, but otherwise a good deck list.
Yea I've been testing this deck alot and still looking into ways to optimize it further. I considered the traptrix link 3 but realized I didn't have one so I didn't include it. I'll have to pick one up though because I do like that card alot.
I just noticed that the protection effect of invincible atlas is deactivated because it has now more than 3k attack because of the raika spell card
Yea but you never really used invincible atlas for it's protection. It was more of a combo piece because you'd tribute itself to special a beetrooper from deck. Also now that ragnaraika stag sovereign exists were usually linking up with atlas into that anyway.

How is Going second with just 3 ht?
So far it's been fine. There are scenarios where you won't open any obviously but I tried to have more engine than non engine as I wanted as many ways to play as possible. You can of course increase your non engine slots by cutting some tech cards or extenders but I haven't really had an issue thus far.
This deck bugs me. 😂😊
