better explanation of the high elbow than the others i've seen
i love this channel, thank you for giving us such good contents
I am the only one able to do this on our gym and i want the others to learn it to but it was hard to teach it to them lol. I just learned it from watching Marcelo's rolling videos. Now I know why haha il just send them this video hopefully they will get it you are very good at teaching.
another great video
Do you use the basic gable like the video or others are using a reverse pretzel gable grip ??
This makes so much sense - OSS!
I learned this in class a few weeks ago and was confused but this video really helped me
There is another bizarre one where you do a reverse gable grip that is really complex
Legend
Do you use the basic gable or the reverse pretzel gable grip ??
I Always learn so much with you
Tanks. I am a master of brasilian luta livre. Congratulation.
I just learned this choke and this guy is always on top of everything. !! He is a gem
I had a few questions with grip and etc.. but i think he clarified them all
There is another variation I have seen where guys use this strange reverse gable grip. Too complex for me I think
@@quasar4601 actually Danaher has some advice on the matter as well ua-cam.com/video/XCiRr7TW2bk/v-deo.html
I notice some videos use the basic gable grip but others use the reverse gable pretzel grip ?? Does it really matter?? The reverse gable allow you to bring your elbow higher and farther back but I don't think you need to travel far. Just something to think about. I think both grips work and I watched 6 videos and both were used.
He's built like a gi Joe character
Thanks Coach Neil for breaking down the Science of how the choke works but can you please demonstrate how to escape from it!??? I haven't found anybody to teach the Escape.
Relax and choke people out. Oss Mr Melanson.
Let's be clear - once and for all .. Neil is teaching BJJ - and explaining it well enough - but it's BJJ. 95% of the time, this is just fundamental BJJ - sometimes packaged/sold as Catch wrestling.
High elbow guillotine DOES NOT have to be a trachea crush.
