    I am the only one able to do this on our gym and i want the others to learn it to but it was hard to teach it to them lol. I just learned it from watching Marcelo's rolling videos. Now I know why haha il just send them this video hopefully they will get it you are very good at teaching.

      Do you use the basic gable like the video or others are using a reverse pretzel gable grip ??

      There is another bizarre one where you do a reverse gable grip that is really complex

      There is another variation I have seen where guys use this strange reverse gable grip. Too complex for me I think

    I notice some videos use the basic gable grip but others use the reverse gable pretzel grip ?? Does it really matter?? The reverse gable allow you to bring your elbow higher and farther back but I don't think you need to travel far. Just something to think about. I think both grips work and I watched 6 videos and both were used.

    Thanks Coach Neil for breaking down the Science of how the choke works but can you please demonstrate how to escape from it!??? I haven't found anybody to teach the Escape.

    Let's be clear - once and for all .. Neil is teaching BJJ - and explaining it well enough - but it's BJJ. 95% of the time, this is just fundamental BJJ - sometimes packaged/sold as Catch wrestling.
