Sensei Eddie! We need a mustache instructional. Gangs of New York style. Not even joking. Real talk.

Your flexibility to cover your own elbow is kind of unique but the lifting the elbow makes it possible regardless of flexibility.

At one time yes, working through positions is good with it as you mentally / physically set in the understanding and memory without having to need or worry about the person you’re doing it on.

I definitely wouldn’t count on my pinky finger to hold someone in the guillotine. As a matter of fact I am 220lbs at 6’3” and I am sure my neck alone would be stronger then that pinky lock. I know it works for people I just don’t know how. Opponent must be really really weak. I break even regular guillotine grips and this…you can break finger like that easily with someone who is not weak.

Unreliable and purely for Jiu jitsu, if you’re an MMA practitioner I wouldn’t recommend this..

It’s even better for mma because it helps you not deal with your gloves

@@BenEddy Honestly this is the first time I truly understood how it's done. Pull it on a high elbow guillotine this evening.
