Thanks WTW that will be a really cool hunting rig. You'll certainly enjoy it for a long time. Let me know if you need some hunting rounds. Looking to buy a ranch gen2 to suppress. Shooting non sub sonic rounds is the sound difference between the 7.62 vs a 308 worth the energy difference. Or are they pretty close to the same sound level suppressed shooting normal hunting ammo?
My bad. It totally sounded like that was your plan due to your wording immediately following the chrono of the subsonic stuff. I get it though, you plan to hunt with the can, but with super rounds. I'm very interested in this rifle/caliber combo with a moderate scope for my wife to hunt with. My 6.5CM American Hunter with the Magpul stock, 20" heavy barrel, bipod, and larger scope is just too heavy. It's a laser though. Thanks for the video!
Nice groups with the supers. Shoot 10 in. High with the sub Sonics, or you could switch to a longbow. They’re quieter. Personally I’ve never shot subs and I don’t own a can so what the heck.
Any experience with the mini 30 and wolf ammo.. I'm thinking about buying one but heard they have issues with steel case.. if ssd's o why doesn't the american? .. or is it semi vs bolt.. thanks for a great video

@@WHOTEEWHO yeah I’m super excited. Just got the long dreaded wait time now depending on how fast silencer central and the atf cooperate with eachother
Kinda surprised me how well they grouped out of a regular rifle! Definitely could use that for deer. How about a penetration test? BTW liked your Remington core-lokt hat!
Looking to buy a ranch gen2 to suppress. Shooting non sub sonic rounds is the sound difference between the 7.62 vs a 308 worth the energy difference. Or are they pretty close to the same sound level suppressed shooting normal hunting ammo?
You can load 150 gr. in 762 x 39 or even heaver.
I think it would be interesting to compare the 7.62x39 and the 350 legend with the paper plates or the water jugs
👍👍
How does a subsonic 7.62x39 boolott have nough energy to chase deer? Looks like only about 550ft lbs at 100 yards?
I didn't say it did
@ThWind81 thanks for watching. I have a 7.62x39 supersonic deer hunt video up
@@WHOTEEWHO nice. Well definitely check it out.
That bird musta been a pterodactyl..it sounding like a bulldozer rolling on it's tracks in the video.
that 🤫 can had that Ruger American sounding SWEET!!
Nice groups with the supers. Shoot 10 in. High with the sub Sonics, or you could switch to a longbow. They’re quieter. Personally I’ve never shot subs and I don’t own a can so what the heck.
Would love to see your real world tests on Falkor Defense weapons.
Haven't heard of those
Funny range story! Keep up the great work!!
Any experience with the mini 30 and wolf ammo.. I'm thinking about buying one but heard they have issues with steel case.. if ssd's o why doesn't the american? .. or is it semi vs bolt.. thanks for a great video
Nope never tried a mini 30. Too expensive for me
My favorite round.
Put it on all of em! Good shooting with a tack driver Rugar American. Definitely impressed with that rifles grouping. So much for cheap Russian ammo. That thing kills it!
