@@travelsphere7402 although i am not getting what you are saying but what I understand is that you are saying that it is not easy to sustain in private job after 40- forgive my partiality here, but i am talking about MNCs and big companies only. Surviving is easy in a big company, growing is another ball game. Also lets say, a pvt MNC employee is earning on an average twice that of a govt employee, he will earn whatever a govt employee will earn in 30 years, in 15 years only. So in pure finance sense, he will have more funds when they both reach age of 60. As for hara hua juaari, no he is not hara hua in any sense. What I feel is, every one is dissatisfied with their jobs, be it private or Government. However, you should also differentiate pure Sarkari and Public Sector Companies where working is completely different. Public Sector Compnies earn their salaries and there is no Government support for salaries of employees. The salaries which successful companies pay is much higher than Government departments along with other perks. At 36 years of age, my so called CTC comes out to be around 2L pm after 10 years of experience. And mind you, you can not be fired just like that. There may be many pvt employees who would be earning much more than this at my age but not all. And earning at cost of what! have seen the middle aged pvt professionals are most stressed regarding their job stability. I have an example where medical expenses were paid by my organisation to the tune of 1.25 cr during COVID to an individual who spent more than a month on ventilator in ICU and eventually saved. And this is not tax payers money. This is organisation’s own money through it’s business. It’s all about what matters to you in your life and what profile you are satisfied working in. Your videos require more clarity by including comparisons with good public sector organisations as well. Your analysis lack clarity by not including good public sector organisations.
The video talks about gazetted public officials selected by union public service or state public servant. What he said is true.. there is no medical benefits for dependent family members. Simply 1000 rupees per month for medical etc. Group A post basic pay = 40000 approx, group B= 31000 approx starting. I do agree PSU provides various perks. That's why i am trying to leave my current public service job to join either as lecturer or PSU.
Absolutely i agree with u bro. And the most important thing is that after working 12-15 yrs in the It sector people will actually understand the value of a permanent job. I guess these days its even sooner

Mughe nhi lagata,India me America/France ki tarah industrialization nhi hua hai. Ane wale time pe private jobs ki wages Kam hongi kyuki market me demand supply ke hisab se wages milti hai. Remote work hi India me beneficial hoga. Baki to andhera.
my salary is 70000, yearly increment is around 3000, only one promotion in entire life, after 10 years my salary would be around 100000. No growth no personality development no promotion no achievement no salary increment thats the truth behind govt jobs. Even if a private employee starts at 50000 he will be around 400000 500000 lacks per month if he has calibre , many promotions and he will have learned a lot.

Valid reasons why you must try for government jobs if you are not an IT or Management Professional: 1. Government pays well and on time. 2. Government doesn't fire you no matter what is the economic conditions except for your misconduct. 3. Government jobs are comfortable jobs. 4. Government takes care of your health and retirement. Only downside is that some jobs are transferrable which hurts bad in the long run.
There's no medical benefits for dependent family.. medical allowance of rs 1000/pm will not help in case of grave disease. Although profit making psu does provide medical benefits for dependent family members.

@TimePass-ip1tu zadatar aise hi hain jaisa apne kaha, par sab nahi. Kisi bhi vyavasyha me 60:40 ka ratio rehta hai generally kharab aur achey logo ka par hmarey public service me this is 90:10.
Jo 10 ache hain, unhe unka credit milna chaie par ye zaroor hai ki un 10 se samaj par bahut zada farak nahi pad pata.
Jahan bhi power aur discretion hoga vahan hamesha bhrashtachar zada hoga, public service hi nahi, ap kisi bhi star ki politics dekh li jiye. Kisi bhi uchh star ka corporate job delh li jiye. Issey kam karne ke lie discretion ghatana hoga, technology ke use se. This is one thing jo ab ho rahi hai aur kuch saal me shayad bahut farak pad jaega, aisi umeed to hai kam se kam meri !

I'm govt teacher for last 16 years. So i can say this is very true..!
I'm preparing for this job.. Is this not worth it😢
I didn't mean that. You carry on with your preparation. But don't stop your studies once you enter into this job. Keep yourself updated and within a few years if you get any better opportunity, leave this job and grab that one or try to set up any business side by side or something like self employment type. Don't stick to govt job for more than 5 to 10 years.

One of my friends started a group b job after preparing for 4 years after his MBA. Both of us started our career at the same time, me in an MNC and him as police SI. I started at 27k and he started at 44k. He is an honest police officer and even took posting away from police station of corruption. After 7 years, he is earning around 58k net of house rent, i am more than 100k. I can also switch jobs and get atleast 30% hike whereas if he takes transfer, his salary will not increase.
Just because of security of job, he prepared for govt job. He was poised for much bigger things, a topper in school and college. But now I feel bad for him when he shares about his money troubles.
@@travelsphere7402 although i am not getting what you are saying but what I understand is that you are saying that it is not easy to sustain in private job after 40- forgive my partiality here, but i am talking about MNCs and big companies only. In an MNC, which itself saw the rise some 20 years ago, you would not have seen people above 40 earlier. But with now industry maturing, there are lot of managers who are 45+.
He just doesn’t want to get involved in corruption and he is seeking other avenues for earning money. In govt job, it is a known fact that money is lower than private jobs. Again i am not talking about baniye ki dukan ki naukri.

On point...I am never attracted towards govt jobs and I am happy and I always advice others to not go for govt jobs if you can do good yourself
I feel exactly same. Uncle ji seems to be Biased.
I agree. His opinions are worthy of discussions but he often paints the picture with very broad brush.
I see my friends working in corporate jobs toiling so much that they don't enjoy the money which they earn
Absolutely i agree with u bro. And the most important thing is that after working 12-15 yrs in the It sector people will actually understand the value of a permanent job. I guess these days its even sooner
Sir you're absolutely right, there's no joy in working as a government employee .

In railways and in army there are special quota for dependent to get jobs these 2 I know rest other dept. I hv no idea
my salary is 70000, yearly increment is around 3000, only one promotion in entire life, after 10 years my salary would be around 100000.
