Making Two Beautiful Christmas Reindeer Quilts!

- This reindeer is for SURE dashing through the night sky. In this video we make a simple Christmas reindeer that anyone could make. It is put together block by block like a cross stitch pattern. This quilt makes up fairly quickly so you can make this for a friend, or for yourself in time to decorate for the Christmas Season.

This is absolutey beautiful! The black and red one is just plain striking and the blue and white one is as you said, quite etherial. I truly cannot decide which one I like better. I guess I will have to make both!

I love the darker one BUT I bought a pack of lighter blue snow flaky fabrics and I can use those too. Thank you for this design. I needed something different for my Christmas wall this year.

❤❤I’d like to make it smaller to appliqué on the back of a black jacket, so I would only need the red squares. Yes, I know…smaller squares, but totally worth it! Haven’t decided what I would do on the front. Maybe just two vertical strips on each side and one strip on each cuff. Thank you so much for sharing your great ideas. Your daughter does such fabulous art work (I just watched the rooster video), and you provide such clear instructions with great close ups. I’m a newbie subscriber and look forward to others. 😊 PS Just bought the pattern!❤
Once again, another inspiring video! While I tend towards darker colors, I was taken with the blue and white. I like to decorate my house in snowflakes and snowmen in January so plan to go through all my cross stitch books to find something that would work with this technique.

I can't imagine how much my knees would hurt being down on the design floor long enough to put all those little squares together and pinning...but it turned out so cute! I love both of them, but am partial to red.

I think I'd make one like the black and red, but I love both! I'm thinking that a reindeer at each end of table runner might work . . . I'd have to use squares that are smaller than 2" . . . Yikes!
