Blondies With Hershey’s Cookies ‘N’ Creme Chocolate

Recipe:
170 grams melted butter
200 grams brown sugar
150 grams white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla
250 grams flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
185 grams white chocolate
1. To a bowl, add the melted butter and both sugars.
2. Mix with a whisk until combined.
3. Add the two eggs and vanilla, whisk until combined.
4. Add the flour, baking powder, salt and mix with a spatula just until the batter comes together.
5. Fold in the white chocolate chips or any kind of chocolate you like.
6. Add parchment paper to a 9”x13” pan and spread the blondie mixture evenly in the pan.
7. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
8. Let cool at room temperature, then cut into squares.
