60 Minute Yoga Class - 8 Limbs of Yoga

This is a 60 min vinyasa class themed around the 8 Limbs of Yoga. I have classes on each of the 8 Limbs separately - Yama ( • 50 Minute Yoga Class -... ), Niyama ( • 50 Minute Yoga Class -... ), Asana ( • 35 Minute Yoga Class -... ), Pranayama ( • 45 Minute Yoga Class -... ), Pratyahara ( • 45 Minute Yoga Class -... ), Dharana ( • 30 Minute Yoga Class -... ), Dhyana ( • 30 Minute Yoga Class -... ), Samadhi ( • 30 Minute Yoga Class -... ).
