  • Yoga for Beginners - Gentle Vinyasa Yoga - Slow Flow Yoga - Beginner Yoga - Gentle Yoga. This yoga for beginners class is designed for increasing flexibility, balance, and strength. This gentle vinyasa yoga practice is especially designed for beginners. Many modifications are shown throughout this slow, beginner yoga practice that makes this class very accessible for beginners. This slow flow yoga class is great for beginners, as the practice moves slowly through gentle stretching. The practice starts with a seated warm-up that brings awareness to the breath. Then, the class progresses into some deeper standing stretching. This gentle yoga practice ends in relaxing movement.
