Haha, glad you get to explore it. It’s awesome! Just stay in Miraflores or San Isidro or Barranco! Also, can hit is up on instagram for a trusted driver from the airport! 🙌🫶🏼
@@twosolesabroadso it’s a birthday trip for myself (8/21 - 8/27). How did you guys book the social tour trip and the trips to the desert and the sea lions please?
Thank you! I hope you enjoy it! It was awesome. Peru is amazing and the people are so welcoming. Just make sure to sick to touristy areas in Lima. Cusco is super safe, Lima not everywhere. 🥰🙌
Idk why there is the idea that the poorer and miserable side of a Latin American country is the Real one, I am Peruvian and completely disagree with that, also I believe poverty shouldn't be treated as some tourist attraction, you got to encourage the poorer to get out of that state not to make some money out of it. If I follow this logic, when I go to Los Angeles I should visit Skid Row, because that's the real Los Angeles, right? It's the same thing
Thank you for sharing your perspective. We appreciate and respect your view. Our video showing the social tour in Lima wasn't meant to make poverty look like a tourist spot. We aimed to show a different part of Peru that many don't see and to share the stories of people living there. The tour is led by locals and helps visitors understand the community's life and history. It’s not just about showing the hard parts of their life, but also how strong and united the people are. For example, Nimfa, who we met, uses her own money to cook and give food to her neighbors who need it. The money from the tour goes back into helping the community like this. It's about people helping each other, and we are all for it. We know that everyone sees their city or country differently. Our goal was to show a lesser known side of Peru that's full of strength and hope. We believe it's important to show this side too. In fact, there is a direct way to help these communities. If you are interested in making a difference, we can share contact details for Alfredo, who coordinates direct aid efforts, just send us a DM. Donating books for kids and learning materials can be a powerful way to support their growth and development. Thank you again for starting this important conversation. It helps us create more meaningful content.
This is ridculous, disgusted and unbearable explote Peruvian people like and I’m glad you have this video for me to talk to you because we can’t stand y’all anymore wanting to show our “povety" while hiding theirs that is much worse and is in many more places than ours. Only of residents there in the USA there are already twice as many as in my country (asides many adcted or should I say zombes?)so why don’t they show that? Aren’t they worried about the social “good” or does this only happen when it is in the Latin/Iberian American countries? I also can’t example, I can’t stand watching any fvela video about my country (Brazl)anymore and I don’t even want these people here. By the way, Peru is a much safer, cleaner and organized (10 times) than U.S.A, darling 🤡

Going to Lima in a few weeks and this was such a helpful video! Thanks for sharing your travel guide! I love that you went to super tourist areas and also hung out with locals for a more authentic experience.
Hey guys, This is an amazing video. It is also informative and entertaining. The way you describe your trip, the places, the energy, the people, the good vibes ... 10 out of 10! Keep up the great work! 💪🏻😃
This video is soooo helpful! Thank you for your awesome content! What time of the year did you go? My husband and I are going end of May and I'm wondering if it will be too cold to swim with the sea lions?
We went in November, but when checking the weather it seems like both months have similar weather 🥰. The water is supposedly cold any time, so you are good to go 😄🫶🏼
When leaving Miraflores or Barranco in Miraflores, you have to be very careful about safety, Lima is not a very safe or reliable place outside the tourist area.
Ok but the desert around Huacachina and Paracas (with the sea lions) are not in Lima, they are in Ica, which is another "state" (we call it departamento) south of Lima.
I AM PERUVIAN, WHEN I VISIT A FOREIGN COUNTRY I NEVER SHOW THE POOREST SIDE OF THAT COUNTRY AND I SAY " THIS IS THE REAL ..COUNTRY " I COULD DO IT BUT IS NOT HONEST .

Inka Kola, They should pay you to do their advertising. 👀 Very good video! 😁
When leaving Miraflores or Barranco in Miraflores, you have to be very careful about safety, Lima is not a very safe or reliable place outside the tourist area.
Very true, best to stay only in tourist areas!
Inka Kola is made with lemon grass!! And match all our tipical food, specially Chinese food !
Great video! How many days were you in Lima? And did you take day trips to these locations?
Thanks ❤️ I think we stayed around 5-6 days in Lima. Yes! We added them (some guided tours) in the description of the video 🥰
Beautifull all over the city waoo!!!
It really is! ❤️
Hello, how are you? Could you please give some details about the social tour?
Hi! It’s linked in the description 🥰🙌
Where is your backpack from? It is so pretty❤
Ok but the desert around Huacachina and Paracas (with the sea lions) are not in Lima, they are in Ica, which is another "state" (we call it departamento) south of Lima.
I gotta get you guys to edit my videos for me.
hahaha, I wish we had time! Going to need someone to edit for us eventually 😂
I am from Lima, I saw many videos about my city, you really rock duds! Amazing places, best places to eat (really know it !) so funny video !!
Thank you!! 🇵🇪♥️
Hiya the Inca cola is best suited to have with Chifa and pollo ala brasa and thats it, with sea food is no good combination
we need to try this combination!! Love anything about Peru, so will be back for it! 😍

Man that was risky with the seals. Great white sharks prey on seals!!
Peruvian food is awesome
Fr soo good
I feel like saying: everyone associates Lima with Miraflores (just one district) which is lesa than 10% of the city. Definitely not downtown.
Great video. Shall I give the link on Twitter and Facebook please?
PD: excellent you traveled to these social tour, I found it so real and vibrant to do it !! GOL
definitely a must do for everyone!! 🙌🇵🇪♥️
I will go to the USA and will do a very goo documentary in Portuguese and Spanish for all my Latin/ Iberian hermanos see the real ONE.🫶🏽
Dont´t forget to pack the 2300USD Sweater. 😂
