Mortgage billionaire Mat Ishbia is currently building what will be the largest single family home in Michigan. Mat is the CEO and chairman of mortgage lender United Wholesale Mortgage and is the majority owner of the Phoenix Suns of the NBA and Phoenix Mercury of the WNBA. He is worth an estimated $7.6 billion. The home will features 60,000 square feet of living space and outdoor features will include sports courts, pools, treehouse, “enchanted forest” and more.
