+1000 for the slippers :D. Great song and great sound ! Which drums librairy you used for this one ? Drumgizmo ? I often found myself using proprietary drums libraires because they are often more mix ready and requires less work. Drumgizmo librairies are really great but often requires more work to get the sound I want (yes I am a lazy guy haha)
Thank you! I used DrumGizmo before but just didn't find the time to learn mixing them properly. So, now I use Hydrogen with kick, snare and tom samples that I downloaded for free from themetalkickdrum.com. I used Muldjordkit (downloadable from Hydrogen as ready made kit, also available as DrumGizmo set) as basis so the cymbals and hihats come from that. which cab sim did you use?
Neural Amp Modeler to any IR loader will get you to moon and back. I don't remember by heart which NAM model I had loaded as I used at least 2 different ones here, but for IR I used "GuitarHacks Original Edge". You can find that free from internet. Also I applied some flanger, phaser, delay, chorus and reverb, all those from GxPlugins set. For EQ I use Calf Studio Gear.
I'll be making detailed "how to video" about this mix hopefully the coming weekend 🙂
Oh and my go-to IR loader under Linux is LV2 Convolution.
