After watching numerous bias tape tutorials, this is the easiest for my brain to wrap around. Even though I had my doubts for a few minutes, the steps were clear. Thank you for making this tutorial!
Thank you so much 💓
Thank you! I’m 77 years old and learned something new today!
Love how you do your videos, you explain things very good and clear. Thank you.
Thanks for the video. Didn’t come out as good as yours but it is definitely the best I have made. ❤
Thank You! I too watched several other tutorials but yours is the one that clicked for me!
Sorry you have been ill. I pray you continue to recover quickly.
Very well done! I’m dyslexic and your info computed well with my brain!! Thanks!
Awesome! Thank you!
Very confusing at first! So glad that you made this video!!!!!
Glad it was helpful!
Wow, I’ve never seen this before, thank you for sharing. Hope you feel better soon, I had covid last summer even after 2 vaccines, it was not pleasant, just keep resting, until you feel better, it takes awhile xxx
Oh my.... this is the best tutorial I found and I want to thank you for this.
Thank you so much! Tried every other method, failed. This one works for me.
This video is amazing..I have been trying to figure this out from a simplicity pattern for about 4 hours..
Thank you so much for this video. Came upon it by chance scrolling through my feed. I tried making continuous binding 2 days ago and couldn’t make it work . Wish I had seen your video before. Your steps and camera angles are very cleat. Saved the video to my library for future reference.
Brilliant!!! Great video! Thank you for being precise and to the point!!!!! Loved it!!!!
Terrific, can’t wait for mug rugs!!
Best demo of this project out there!!!
@@SuzetteSeal thank you so much!
Thanks, you are a much better “splainer” than many others showing this same method!
Glad your feeling better. Thank you for sharing your video.
Glad you are feeling better
Well I had to see it to believe it!!!
Thank you!!! I've lost count as to how many videos I've watched on this very topic. You made it click for me today!! I'm so excited!
I am so sorry you have had COVID. I hope you are beginning to get your strength back. I have missed your being on UA-cam!! Glad to have you back!!!
I know this video tutorial is a couple years old but it did help me to make the bias binding. Thank you!
Hi Lisa, Thanks for showing this technique. Very helpful. 4.333 yards. Impressive isn’t it. 👏🥰👍 Chris
That is the craziest hardest method I e ever seen.
This was just awesome thank you!!!
You are so welcome!
Happy New Year Lisa, you've been missed
Very helpful! Thank u... looking forward to the mug rug of the month.
Thank you! You saved me from a huge headache. 😅
Well, I know what I'm going to do next time I need bias binding. Great tutorial: good pacing, clear instructions without a lot of extra chatter, camera was positioned well so it was easy to see what you were doing. Thank you for posting!
Hallelujah. This is the clearest tutorial I have ever seen. Thanks Lisa 💃🏾❤️
Blimey, it’s magic when you start cutting those strips! I’m definitely going to try!!
I understand about the COVID SLUDGE BRAIN. I am just getting over COVID too. And suffer from the same issue. 🙏🏿🙏🏿for you
Sorry you had covid. Hope you're feeling better now! Prayers
Very clear on the details. Looking fwd to having a go .thankyou
Thank you! It was very clear and helpful.
As usual the tutorial is excellent fine job. Sorry you had to get the COVID. I have been able to miss this but I go out so very little
My method as well. I find it helpful to mark a 1/4” tick mark on each line to match easier with pins. Glad that you are feeling better, Lisa. Glad you will be having evening Lives for the mug rug series for us gals who work during the day.
Oops didn’t get to finish. Hats off to y’all who can keep that straight in your head. I’m so glad my mama taught me an easier to me method
Would love to know how your mom taught you! I thought after the first few times that this method is pretty quick and easy, but I'd love to learn an even easier way :)
Feel better soon
I always make bias binding, sometime like this sometimes I just sew ens together. Depends on how my mind is working that day 😂

Thanks for your video. Looks like a great technique.
Thanks for the great information
Thank you, Lisa! You really helped me figure out this bias tape business! ❤
Thanks for this. Very clear. ❤
Wow Lisa! i had no idea what biased binding was. Great tutorial!
Wow! That probably makes sewing the binding easier. I used to get it confused, especially with solids.
This was a fantastic clear and useful video! Great job and THANK YOU!
Very well done 👏🏽👏🏽
Thanks! Wishing I had found you last year this time so I could join your lives😊🙃
thank you! Yes, this was very helpful!
What an awesome idea!
Thanks for taking us through the method of making continuous bias binding from a fat quarter. I will have to watch the video a few times before I attempt to make the continuous binding but you gave me a good start. Take care and stay safe. Lisa, I made two bias binding and I didn't do well on one. Somehow, when it came to bringing the two edges together to match the lines, nothing worked so I watched your video and made the third one step by step and this time, I got it right. Thanks again and please stay safe. Shay from TX.
Sew easy to follow thank you 😊
Wow what a excellent tutorial. Thank you, I have never been able to make a continuous bias binding. I have wasted so much fabric. I’m so pleased to have found you
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you for sharing. This is how I make binding but I always have to look up the instructions. I’ve saved yours because it is so good. Hope you continue to feel better.
I can finally say the continuous bias binding method sunk in! Thank you so much. I can't wait to start making many bias bindings!!!! Pittsburgh, PA
Thank you for this tutorial! ❤
Its almost a MOBIUS STRIP!
This is awesome! I'm going to do this to create a jelly roll rug!
Good evening Lisa! I'm so sorry to hear that you were sick with covid. I'm glad to hear that you are recovering or recovered from it.
Thanks Lisa. This is cool. Glad you're feeling better.Linda
Glad you are feeling well enough to make this video. I’m saving this one to refresh my memory for biased binding. Thank you.
Very clever!
Thank you so much!! Great video
I'm glad you are recovering and NOT in the hospital! Thank you for the video, genius! I just happen to have 2 squares from WOF ready for the first seam. Same square method, but I do a perpendicular cut from the fold to corner so it fits on my 18'' square mat. I can't cut straight with scissors. ( need a tutorial for that) Set aside because I didn't want to stitch the strips together. LOL Guess what's first on my to do list today.
Prayers for you and your family for a speedy recovery!!
I was wondering if I could iron the fold and then open it up and use my rotary cutter because I can’t cut smooth with my scissors either. I may play with it and if they are wonky I can always use them for pot holders.
So sorry to hear you have been sick. I’ll be praying for your speedy recovery. Thank you so much for sharing this technique. I knew it could be done, but didn’t know how!!
Its like magic!
Great tutorial. Thank you.
YOUR BRAIN IS SO GOOD!!! THANKS!!THIS IS FUN. HOW MUCH BIAS BINDING CAN ONE HAVE??
A lot, as much as you want to make
Sorry to hear you had COVID. Glad to see you are feeling better. Thank you for the video. It was good to refresh my memory. I will look forward to your 2022 videos. Thank you again for sharing your expertise with us.
Wow I have never seen that way before, I definitely will have to watch this again and again to get this down, thank you Lisa🤓
WOW very helpful!
Thanks so much for a clear and easy tutorial!!! 🎉
Wow! Couldn’t wrap my head around this as you were going until I did it with you ..... then it made sense. Thanks for sharing this method!
I imagine you can also make binding strips to use on pieces of clothing you make. This is an easy way to make your own, matching binding. TY for sharing this video with us.
Thank you so much for this wonderful tutorial! I just could not get this to work for me, until I found your video. Something about the way you explained it just clicked with me, and I am very grateful! My biased tape turned perfectly and I was able to complete my project. Thank you so much!! 🥰
I did COVID-19 last year (2021 Christmas) because from working in a very public job. I watched and thought how neat it would be to cut two FQ then swap before connecting. Around a larger quilt that could be so pretty.
Thank you for the video to push my thinking outside of the box.
That was 2020 Christmas for my COVID-19. Oops!
I have seen this method once before and tried it. Of course I got confused. Your directions are much simpler for me to understand so will give it another try!
Oh no Lisa I’m so sorry you been ill with Covid hope your feeling ok now xx
WONDERFUL Thank you
Great video tip Lisa. Well done. So sorry you have been sick. Prayers you will be completely well very soon.
Best video I've seen on bias binding. Thank you for making my life less stressful. Love your videos! ❤
Thanks for sharing 👍
Thank you for your help.
Thank you Lisa, I knew I could count on you to do this right. Unreal on how much one can get just out of a fat quarter……now I can tackle a bigger piece of fabric I purchased just for that and was reticent to cut it up! You rock girl!
Thank you Lisa! Another money saver! You are amazing!
Thanks for sharing.
Brilliant!!
Thank you so much! You are right, the first try was rough. I had to rip out the stitches twice. second and third ones turn out perfect. I am starting my 2022 Christmas gifts so this will be very good to know. Glad you are feeling better. I also love your Etsy shop and visit often. Love your work. R
Oh, so sorry you had covid. Hope you're feeling back to normal soon. Thanks for the tutorial. This is a great reminder on how to make the binding. I like to make a few ahead of time in different colors to have some ready when I need it. Prayers for you and your family.
