I still don’t know what to think about Grant Cardone. Even after following him for 8 years. I just take everything with a grain of salt
im from Louisiana and have felt the same way about him. i feel the answer is always in the middle...is he smart? Most likely..has he done things we dont know of ( like most of us?) probabaly..etc etc
That’s not salt…
Can you explain ?
Think of him as a normal guy with less than normal circumstances who had to will his way to the top.
There literally is nothing special about him, other than he pushed through when everyone else quit.
That makes him probably the rarest kind of person
Can’t agree enough
GC “I have no debt”. Plane, Leased car, 39 loans on properties….😂😂😂
Correction, "he has no personal debt, all debt is either under his trust funds or his LLCs, which protects him from being liable for the debt in case his companies go broke😃
Edit - i forgot to add, with the sheer volume of assets to liabilites ratio he has that makes the bank billions by being able to lend the money 10 times that GC deposits in the bank from his monthly cashflowing properties and the influence earned through support and uplifting by making more people money by providing info on his youtube since the last 7 or so years, i assure you in case he does go bankrupt then the bank will have a problem, but if a commoner like you who has nothing going on in his/her life compared to him, living paycheck to paycheck or even if you have 10 million usd in a single bank account goes bankrupt then my friend, you have a problem; Read that again and think what this statement regarding problem with the bank means.
Bro. He specifically says his only debt is on cash-flowing properties. The plane is a business expense, just like a company car. And a lease is not debt lmao
Grifters chatting to an OG grifter about grifting.
My favorite this about graham and jack is that they’re not just puppets like every other interviewer. They’re really not afraid to challenge someone and go deeper on their opinions and thoughts. They didn’t just sit back and let him talk nonsense.
They’re really good at podcasting.
Robert kyiosaki wpuld storm out if they tried to challenge him like they did with Grant.lol
They gave him a bunch of softball questions about his cult.
Having watched since the beginning of the pod, Jack has improved so much with asking engaging questions & keeping the flow of conversation going. Awesome to see the progress!
You mean, interrupting non stop?
Adam even rolling eyes, a couple of times. Grant was speaking :)
if u pay 120k to talk to Grant Cardone… You have mental issues and need to be admitted to a mental health facility IMMEDIATELY!!!
@@99CaNdYfLiP99 Progress is the goal man, not perfection. To me, he has improved & I wanted to give him his flowers for doing so.
Jack’s still a bit naive. He’ll get there, but still pretty raw.
I cried when Sabrina said her dad was her best friend. Thats probably the best thing a father could hear in their lifetime.
Also the saddest teen life from my point of view, but I guess if she is actually happy and will not regret it when she is 80 than good for her
I think it helps that his daughter is 14 and he is 65. He became a 1st time father late in life, so he has had more time to know himself and become wiser and more patient as a parent.
@@peter-bz3foI mean most girls don’t stick around with their childhood friends like men do. Girls also tend to be more family oriented so she’ll find a good husband.
He’d disconnect from her in a second if she was declared a SP by the “church”
This is amazing!! Thanks for the interview Grant
Great interview. I appreciate the pushback, debate, and tough questions. More of this!
I worked for Grant Cardone for 4 years and cut up a lot of different interviews he did, this has to be his best, most personal interview.
That’s cool! I loved this one too! His daughter is only 14 and rocking it too!
are you a scientologist?
@@nguday2003Are you curious?
How much did he pay your annually?
What's he like as a boss?
Grant's desperate desire to disagree with everything anybody says to sound smarter and make a profound statement never fails to annoy me
That was the most bright insight I have ever heard said about him. That's exactly what he does. The guy is a pure narcissist through and through. There is no doubt in me that this guy is completely spiritually lost.
Mmmm...Sounds like ENVY. And he is correct about a Millionaire is Gone Quick. Inflation is so high its nuts. Growth in all Areas. Yout Common money adice is pure broke advice. Success and going to the next level is his Drug of Choice, which is a uncommon drug.
@@jacobsweeney2330calling something annoying usually doesn’t mean someone is envious of it. Also, you sound like if ChatGPT and broken English had a baby.
Thats an interesting take. What lead you to believe his motives were to sound smarter?
And you're still watching....
This is hands down without a shred of doubt the BEST interview of Grant Carone EVER (to me). I'm really glad you brought him in. No one else could have conducted this interview the way you two did.
I postponed building the Awning I'm building today to finish listening. Great Interview, Thank You! - BC
Wow! It is amazing to see the two different mindsets between Grant and Jack...
Jack is real and honest..Grant is a drug addict... greedy..con man
Saying you can’t live comfortably with $400K a year in passive income is laughable.
Grant's yearly spending is just over-the-top. He claims to be frugal while he spends millions a year just to operate his private jet (among other wasteful spending). Bleeding money on such luxuries just doesn't provide enough improvement in life to justify costs. Imagine how much wealthier he'd be if he didn't waste so much of it.
The guy is super out of touch with how much $ the majority of the world lives w/, or even outside major US cities at that.
Shhhh
@@jzen1455he has explained multiple times how many times his jet(s) have paid for themselves.
What is the effect of him saying this? He wakes people up and gets them up in their ethics. Thats very inspiring for allot of people. He grew up poor, so he deffinitaly knows how life is on the other side.
Amazing interview!!
Very well done guys thank you such great interactive video!!
Good questions Graham and Jack. Good editing too you nailed it.
Awesome podcast! Different than a lot of other interviews with GC
Seeing grant smile when his daughter was explaining. Brought tears to my eyes. Damn its good to be a good dad

Grant: “Money is worthless. It means nothing to me”
Also Grant: “why would you not want 10 billion dollars?
Grant: “buying a home is the worst thing you could do”
Also Grant: “we are buying every piece of real estate we possibly can”
he's buying real estate purely as an asset, his focus is cash flow
Lol true also him
4k rent… but where will the demand be for that if those house no one wants become affordable (even if they are old they not gonna fall apart within the next 3 years lol)

Yeah, the amount of times he directly contradicted himself bugged me.

Excellent podcast - Thank you 👍👍
Grant is a prime example of fake it till you make it, he certainly made it though so, I guess it does work.
He’s a conman back by a human trafficking cult fronting as a religion.
Really great interview! You can observe how well Grant has raised his daughters. Enjoyed watching this episode.
Good job! Super interesting interview.
"I have a loan for my jet", "I am leasing this", "I own everything", "I do not budget" this guy is full of it.
"I stay broke all the time; I never have money." 😂
Rents are gonna be flat!! …rents never go down!
“I don’t have any debt”
smooth talking, snake oil salesman vibe - Cardone!
@@Michael37242he reinvest everything. He makes 1 million a month in cash flow. Saves it’s up and goes and buys more real estate. Same thing I’ve been doing these past few years.
I have never heard an interview full of so much wisdom, yet filled with contradictions 😅
Hes a total Connan. ❤
Guys thank you i was on and off for the past year on your podcast, now im just glued by the topics, guests and overal tragectory ur taking this, thank you

Lmao
This is going to be a good one!
this was a great pod. grant deff got some respect points added. great chemistry between everyone and I just loved it. well done guys
Grant speaks out of both sides of his mouth. He says real estate is a bad investment for the average person - owning a house won’t help you get rich- don’t keep money in the bank. At the same time, he says he’s buying up apartments and real estate IN CASH because he’s expected rent to sky rocket in a few years. So his advice to the “average guy” directly benefits HIM.
thats exactly what i was thinking lol, hes a joke
YEP. ANd the hosts are quiet about that.
They never call anyone out on their BS.
so...
living in ur house as investment isn't good idea
buying homes/apts for investment is good idea (if they cashflow)
stashing $$ in bank is bad idea
stashing $$ in bank, just until you have enough to fund ur next deal is good idea
if you heard him stay he stays "broke" thats what he meant -
if you are listening to just critic and not learn whats the point?
They wont @@saulgoodman2018
@@stant2687 He is saying owning a home won't help the average schmoe get rich - but I don't find that to be true. Having a home where you no longer have rent that escalates every year is beneficial. My home was purchased 1 year ago at 570K, now its worth 650K per Zillow. Real estate consistently goes up in value over time.
I'm not trying to just be a critic, this is honestly the first time I've heard him really speak in depth. I have never listened to him previously (was not aware of his UA-cam channel until now).
Grant's not used to talking to intelligent people who know how to math lol
Watch him vs Jordan Belfort
Good questions on Scientology. I like how you guys don’t shy away from any questions your minds come with. Lol.
Awesome interview.
Great questions boys
Graham is so good at cutting through the hype and bs, whether it’s Grant, Fox News, or TikToks 😂
He's really good at it without offending the guy he's interviewing
@@thunderthormx I used to watch his real estate channel, but go turned off by it after a year. I felt he was like an unrelatable precocious hyper-motivated real estate mogul with well-rehearsed and overly-planned videos. It also became redundant quickly. I'm enjoying seeing the more off-the-cuff human side of Graham who is able to get his guests to open up.
@@jzen1455I don't understand his financial and real estate videos
This was a great podcast!
Mann. What a great interview. Super productive conversations, challenging. Really happy that he had his kids on which really humanizes Grant.
I hope you're being sarcastic. I feel like you are I don't know there was no :-) or lol I just don't think you honestly can believe you her any super productive conversations not to say the people interviewed him were fine. We really want to tell anyone and everybody that Cardo had the bestanswers for their questions and it really helped you out in your life after you watch this.?
@@tomwood6839 Im guessing that you’re saying his usual rhetoric is ridiculous or just not realistic right? I tend to agree or at least I’m not interested in his style. But I think you can hear some interesting viewpoints on his parenting style. What his kids think, their family dynamic and I think he opened up a bit more in this interview. Was a bit more human than his usual postering don’t you think?
Great podcast, it was nicely fluid.
One of the most authentic in many years. Thanks.
Jack you are the man! Grant tried to belittle you at every turn and you rose above it! 🎉
Gc and Graham stephan?! This is the most anticipated one! Since I started watching you Graham and it's been years! Good job fellas!
Been waiting for this one for a long time
Great interview! It was nice to see his softer side. :) Sabrina is fantastic and she got great parenting!
Just showed it up on my feed, heck yeah! Excited to hear this one!
Killed me when Grant called Graham “Steven” @ 17:14
And of course "Steven" didn't call him out on it 🤣
Don't do drugs kids.
Steven from Django
As an addict with 4 years clean, this is truly inspiring. Thanks for the interview you guys!
“Don’t seek happiness, seek productivity”-Grant Cardone.
This was great!!
I don't think Grant understands that when you withdraw 4% per year that your principal investment isn't going down lol
He does but he plays dumb so he can keep selling his real estate fund
He's pushing rentals because he owns a bunch of apartment buildings
I don't think you understand inflation.
@@flvflv4712The 4% rule accounts for inflation because the stock market actually returns 10%. If inflation averages 2% annually and the stock market averages 10%, you still have 6% that is growing your principal even after withdrawing a conservative 4%.
You have to have a growth of around a minimum of 8% to be able to withdraw 4% and keep up with an inflation rate of 4%. Otherwise your money is going down in value. So if you put 1 million in the bank in 1990, you would need a balance of 2.3 million today to have the same purchasing power.
Ironic to be talking about fake mentors/gurus with Grant lmaoo
Lol fact

I can’t believe my eyes!!Uncle G on the Iced Coffee Hour! This is awesome.
There are a lot of 14 year olds that cannot sit and make eye contact and hold a conversation these days.. This is a great example of how the mass society is suffocating the children. way to go Cardones.

I admire and appreciate Grant’s capability to be decently transparent on this interview.
Good job Grant! Super well done Uncle G!
Bro that kid is something else. She killed it, major props to Grant and Elena, major. That advice at the end was truly brilliant for a 14 year old. Discipline is the key for the life you strive for.

Great Podcast , So much freakin knowledge
Best way to fight inflation is to not buy eggs ..duh.. Steven!!😂
What a dumb answer
I almost tapped when Grant compared stoicism to “Buddha Buddha crap” 🤦♂️ and the more grant I watch the more you can see how outside of real estate the IQ drastically drops 😂
IQ is how fast you can process information and come up with the solution. It's not about how good you are in general knowledge.
I thought I was the only one that saw that 😂😂
Grant is smarter than you. He is practical not intellectual. He controls what he needs to know. He explained it a bit about his Scientology faith.
@@skillfuldabest thank you Mrs. Webster, I’m sorry i made that joke such a stretch for you to understand that the context I was using IQ in is a common general expression. But you are completely right if he were to take a literal IQ test after every question his score would be similar every time!

Well said!
His kids are well educated. He may be not your cup of tea but he is able to achieve something that average people don’t. That’s the beauty of free market
I have no issues with how he manages his life and money. But his advice is garbage
If I felt good about taking peoples money to listen to me spew absolute nonsense , I could do what he does. My two hands and my brain make my money, and I don’t have to think about going to hell for selling snake oil in the form of words.
He’s being investigated. You’ll hear eventually.

Same. I've passed up on serious 8-figure riches because I have a conscience. The SEC doesn't seem to care about many scams, but I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I did them. This is why the worst people rise to the top, while good people stay relatively mediocre. Bad people have no conscience holding them back. There's nothing in their way but other people.
We created a system that's unsustainable, leaders who's souls are made of wood, as Plato would say.
I agree with @thunderthormx ... He has totally lost touch with reality on some things... He doesn't think the average person can be free on 400K a year because his definition of ''free'' is VERY different then most people. His lifestyle inflation has gone NUTS and he must need a HUGE influx of luxury things to feel free. I feel more free then I did when I was making nearly 2X the salary I have now because I am fully remote working 4 days a week 4hours a day... vs working 9-5 in a cubicle 5 days a week. If you can't feel free on 400K a year then your problem isn't money my friend.

His daughter’s advice to be disciplined is spot on. I have struggled to instilling discipline in my daughter’s.
Its hard when they going to school. If you got the finances to do like grant, it might be easier, today its is schools and youtube that does most of the education.
His daughter’s probably a mess. She goes to a Scientology slave school.
Your daughter (and Grant's daughter) are supposed to be deciding for themselves what discipline means to her, not just reflecting your opinions back to you. Sounds like you're the better dad.
You both held your own well. Good job!
I’m ngl this was an amazing interview probably the best GC interview…this has a spectrum of disturbing to beautiful on how it can be perceived and debated on. Mark my words this interview will be visited and referred too for decades.
This was a great episode! surprised by all the drug talk in the beginning, but I'm glad it was addressed!

Hate him or love him, Grant do drop some gems and recently he is a little bit chill than before.
His main point is : Take so much loans from banks/people and fear nothing.

Plus his daughter seems really grounded, so that shows a success as a father
He’s a grifter and fake billionaire. He is connected to a human trafficking cult.
