There's a huge reset of wealth right now, commercial real estate is down at least 30% same with the stock market, high tech with huge multiple variations are down more than 40%. So is this a good sign to buy stocks, or do I just hold cash? I own a house already

MR CARDONE! Great content but what about when unemployment hits 10%,20%-30% with no ability to pay rent? What happens with all those defaulted rents and how would it impact CAP/NOI???
Were that to happen, it would really suck. And you, the investor would still be ahead of where you are now speculating on the future. That is a great question, though. Make sure you aren't one of the 10-30% who don't have a J.O.B. - (Just Over Broke).
