I started practicing yoga nidra in rehab. I was lucky enough to be in a rehab that had someone come once a week. After leaving there you have helped me incorporate yoga nidra into my new life I have been sober now for 9 months and yoga nidra is a big part of why I am able to live a sober lifestyle. Thank you 🙏
Hey Ally, I have an anxiety disorder and it has gotten really bad the last 2 weeks to the point where i can barely function or want to. I did this today for the first time and your compassion at the end tipped the bucket and i cried a few tears. The main focus for me now is to devot myself to yoga nidra and do it everyday. I sincierly hope to rewire my brain of a decade of wrong doings to it. Thanks for your work, I am actually inspired by what you do, I feel a connection to helping people overcome inner battles just like me. Maybe one day I will start my own yoga practice as a teacher! I have long covid and also, as a result, have developed ME/CFS, horrible, extraordinarily misunderstood "invisible illnesses." Difficult, debilitating, discouraging, devastating and a lot of other not-so-happy "d" words describe my experience and also that of millions of others world-wide. "Radical rest," also known as aggressive rest (yes, an oxymoron) is critical. Ally, your yoga nidra videos, including your soothing, beautiful voice, have helped calm my anxious mind, my heavy heart and my hurting, dysregulated body and autonomic nervous system. It is obvious that you are living your calling. What a blessing you are. ❤ Thank you so very very much.
Hi Ramona, my sister suffers from the same. And I myself suffered from nervous system burnout due to chronic stress, as well as MCAS. Another chronic condition. Both my sister and I are really benefiting from the Gupta Program. I try to spread the word now, as I’m so grateful for how it helped both of us start healing from chronic conditions. The program focusses on nervous system healing, followed by gentle brain retraining. Hope it helps you 🌱🙏

Thank you Ally. So much. I have been listening and practising your Yoga Nidras for about a year now possibly. I love doing them and have found them hugely beneficial. I can’t remember when I came across them. Someone in a meditation group mentioned Yoga Nidra and I googled it and found you. I have had a profound experience with this one. I felt like crying almost immediately I started this one and tears were leaking as I did this. At maybe 20 mins my body suddenly released a tidal wave of tears, something stored? I was using the Sankalpa you suggested. I’m quite blown away. Xx

I was so happy this morning to wake up and discover a new yoga nidra session waiting for me. I felt a deep sense of being invited into the universal archetype of the human body and gently guided like on a group tour through all the rooms, each one a magical realm of its own. Experiencing the right side of the body only and then the left this morning felt like each was its own being with its own personality and interests, the right side so steady and earnest, and the left side ethereal with her focus turned deeply within. Every journey with you and your community is a new experience. Even going back to the same one again can be completely different. The experience of being deeply in the body stays throughout my day. Sometimes in the middle of the busyness of the day, I can just close my eyes for a moment and be fully back in the energetic field of the body. Thank you.

Hi Ally, I found your channel a little over a week ago. It has been very helpful to calm my frazzled nervous system. I have multiple chronic illnesses including fibromyalgia & CFS. I’m using your beautiful yoga nidra sessions to begin to focus more on the good sensations in my body (rather than the constant pain). I was so happy this morning to wake up and discover a new yoga nidra session waiting for me. I felt a deep sense of being invited into the universal archetype of the human body and gently guided like on a group tour through all the rooms, each one a magical realm of its own. Experiencing the right side of the body only and then the left this morning felt like each was its own being with its own personality and interests, the right side so steady and earnest, and the left side ethereal with her focus turned deeply within. Every journey with you and your community is a new experience. Even going back to the same one again can be completely different. The experience of being deeply in the body stays throughout my day. Sometimes in the middle of the busyness of the day, I can just close my eyes for a moment and be fully back in the energetic field of the body. Thank you.

Hi Ally, I found your channel a little over a week ago. It has been very helpful to calm my frazzled nervous system. I have multiple chronic illnesses including fibromyalgia & CFS. I’m using your beautiful yoga nidra sessions to begin to focus more on the good sensations in my body (rather than the constant pain). Your voice is soothing, and I have so much appreciation for you sharing your gifts with the world. 🙌🏼💞
I also have CFS and fibromyalgia. Pain and exhaustion are brutal. Ally helps to calm my anxious and depressed feelings.
