Thank you to sharing these processes, it very useful for me and beginners. I will watch every part of this. Thank you hope u will make more videos of this game. Im just new beginner 😅
Yet another good video, very informative. Will use a few of your tricks in my build for sure. This part also remind myself of not placing important structures where I can expand a road. Noted where you had the electric area, you could have expanded next to it instead. But I think that is just a choice each individual would need to make to adapt to their town.
High residential demand indicates that you have more jobs than people and/or a low residential tax rate. High Industrial demand means you have a lot of residents and not enough industry and/or low industrial tax rate. But you are the mayor. You know what you want to do with your city. The advisors give advice... sometimes they panic. Take note of their advice but don't let the advisors determine what you are going to do.
I have a problem wherein the industrial is demanding a place where they can ship their freight. I was adding more commercial zone but it doesn't fix it
Yes. Garbage trucks will follow each other and back up traffic. I try to have more than enough garbage trucks so that they start their shift, get finished early and go back to the garage until the next day. Educated sims do not create as much garbage. I hope this helps
@leonarddavis8732 that's not what im talking about like the garbage truck literally stops and sits in one spot for a a minute and some change it does not collect trash or move just sits then it starts back moving and collecting trash again. Is that normal?
No. Not normal. I've not seen that happen. When the trucks are back in the garage shut the garbage depot down for a game day or so. Turn it back on, let it hire and start collecting. It's worth a try
@leonarddavis8732 thanks I appreciate that. I'll definitely give that a try. And thanks for all the info. I'm following your games and doing it not exactly like yours, but I am doing really well. I have never used a circle road. it's a game changer. also made the square road mistake, lol. Anyways I appreciate the videos cause I'm a survival and city building gamer. Keep it coming.
Incredible! Thank you so much! Me and my fiance been playing for a couple of weeks and went horrible. We are starting fresh with this guide! 🙌🏻
Awesome! I'm glad the videos are helping. Keep me posted on your cities.
You do this really well, Leonard. Everything is very clear. Not everyone can do that. Well done.
Thank you. I appreciate the feedback.

Yes. I love how we all have different approaches to building a city.
Appreciate you big dawg!! Onto video 3!!!
Cool! Enjoy the series.
Can i get any advice about what to do if it say High Residential demand and high industry demand. Thank you
High residential demand indicates that you have more jobs than people and/or a low residential tax rate.
High Industrial demand means you have a lot of residents and not enough industry and/or low industrial tax rate.
But you are the mayor. You know what you want to do with your city.

last time I melted my nuclear power plant and then all my simoleons gone in instant lol, now im gonna try your way
Yes. They need lots of water and highly educated people.
Can we get part 3 🥺🥺
Part 3 on Thursday and part 4 on Friday.
I have a problem wherein the industrial is demanding a place where they can ship their freight. I was adding more commercial zone but it doesn't fix it
Place a trade depot with freight lots. Industry will ship excess to the depot. They'll be happy.
If you don’t mind me asking, how are you playing this game? I just tried to download it and it said my computer won’t accept 32bit games :(
I have the EA app on my PC. I recommend purchasing the game via EA.
I downloaded and run the game from the EA app
why do I have garbage trucks that just sit in one place for like a real min all of them do it at a certain time it causes traffic to start to back up
