  • Hey everyone! The busy season is upon us and the end of April is flooding with jobs!
Yesterday we banged out a garage cleanout for a senior woman heading into a senior living facility soon! Today was another pickup for a property manager of an condo building in a very wealthy area. After that we attempted to clean out a 5x5 storage that I bought through an auction but was blindsided by a shut down elevator. On the Brightside, a gentlemen from Massa chutes needed a condo cleaned out which we were able to secure a 3/4 load today and will follow up this weekend with part 2!!
Follow along as I handle Jobs left and right by myself, taking in $1000+ a day all weekend! Gotta love the business lift with junk removal!

It's can be worthwhile for sure. Cool stuff you come across, easy ways to maximize profit through other avenues, and realistically you don't need too much to get started.

      1. Volume dictates price
      2. Type of material- household furniture, appliances, trash, or debris. All have different weight variations, and depending on your area, some may cost you more to dispose of.
      3. Time. Average time to load a truck is 2 hours with 2 people. Anything past that should be accounted for whether its due to bagging up smaller items, long walks, stairs, or having to park far away.
Truck is broken down into 8 increments starting with a minimum pick up charge. Figure out your local dump fees, factor in your cost of operations, bills, fuel, gas prices, and find out what your local franchise JR companies are charging so you have something to go off of.
      Hope that helps!
