The job is pro inmate and against staff. Thats what happened when they started Broad Banding and did away with tests to advance beyond ADW. The job went South and has continued to do so.

Be careful what you wish for,not the same job, I retired in 2002 ,when I started you were expected to have to fight, part of the job…
