How was it? I have mines coming up and I feel nervous. I workout but not as consistent as I use to be. I am going to get back on it to start practicing for it.
Im 5'7 and 200 lbs .. im lazy af and i dont workout. There were females much smaller than me who failed and passed out... you'd ne good

Passed it few days ago. .. it definitely gonna hit you if you haven’t worked out or moved yourself in long time… you will pass it but it will give you reality check for sure loll
What the physical agility looks like? Is it the same in this video or is it different?
Who provides food for these trainees.. do they have to buy and stock up..or the institution provides for them??

Congratulations, I just passed the exam 43 out of 50 correct on they exam, overall score 86. Can you keep me posted here on how your process goes? I'm waiting for my email to come in and start the process myself. I am on the list just waiting to be called.

Don John you're still in the game find out your healthy weight for your height and loose that plus 10 more to be safe do lots of cardio and change your diet a gym memberships are very in expensive i pay $20/ month and find out when you can go for the medical again best wishes

Blackberrii Mo It’s a old detention center Queens right next to the court House. It’s before the academy. You do this after you pass your Medical. But not on the same day.

It was at 1:54 when I needed oxygen. FML the stair run sucked.

You get a uniform allowance, so i doubt you actually have to pay for them up front.

Its the same way in the military, You get your uniform and every year on your anniversary, you get an allowance.

They do carry gun on and off duty.

NYPD is more difficult than this lol but still manageable don't see any person failing this one.
Any clown can pass nowadays because the recruits call 311 to say they broke a nail doing a pushup.
