You should try Shaqs 1k calf raises
You gotta role out your calves, glutes, and groin to work out with this kind of intensity frequently. Along with stretching.
House of highlights could you do a video on how to get noticed if you don't play rep basketball? Cause I am interested in play competive but can't afford to play rep.
If you can't afford to play travel ball, especially on the shoe circuits (Nike, Adidas, Under Armour), it will be hard to be noticed. You'll probably have to be on a high school team that makes the state playoffs and your performance will have to be noteworthy. Then scouts will go back and look at the tape from the rest of the season and start to evaluate.
@@danbrown1344 i live in canada and my school does not even eank that high in like regional tournements or even regular season games. Can i get noticed if i play in post secondary in canada?
@@elijahgreen900 From what I have heard, Canada is getting more and more visibility because of guys like Jamal Murray, Andrew Wiggins, RJ Barrett, SGA, and Nash. However, those guys played against US competition as well in high school and showed out there.
I did at least 1000+ of these on a rock , you have too jump with doing this explosive instead of just jumping reg

@@Zer0Edits00 i do know lol but if you jump on those big tires 800 times EVERY single day you wouldnt gain as much as you think bc you’re straight up just killing your legs you still need to rest at least 2 days in a week and do upper body or sum but still let your legs rest lol
