U can do that exercise or get ankle weights. Put them on and do explosive exercises and jumping under the rim to help strengthen your calves

Honestly, you don't have to do not much other than keep on jumping. You don't need some crazy workout plan or to watch all these youtube videos on how to increase your verticle. The most simple and effective way to do it is to just keep on jumping and going at the rim. After you get that first dunk it will just come over time more and more and before you know it you'll be windmilling. It happened for me
