Just curious, why is it bad for employees to have two jobs? I have 3 jobs and work one remote, as a new business owner I wouldn’t mind if my employees do the same
Just Ew! If an employee performs their duties to the same level they would’ve otherwise, wth is the problem? Funny how these CEOs can sit on multiple boards and have countless engagements but the employee has to be locked down to one job and one income. Employers offer shyt pay, little to no benefits and zero incentives to stay long term, but god forbid you want to rise to at least the top of middle class. Please 🙄
It makes my skin crawl to hear entrepreneurs talk about how they treat employees and how they can squeeze every penny out of them. If you had to work for $15 an hour you would be angry at the thought. This is why I will never go back to a regular job. I love your content - I just didn't align with this episode.
Why would you try to deceive people with performance tests? And why would people try to type more words in the age of ChatGPT instead of focusing on quality or if all that text makes sense at all? I’d probably say people who are looking for a job would take tests to discover their strengths vs weaknesses and then could be hired by someone looking for that type of personality. You don’t have to make it all backwards. People want a job that fits their strengths.
That’s a great point. It’s not meant to be deceiving. What you see in this video is me thinking on the fly. I don’t edit out the bad ideas! If I have an employee that I know works twice as fast, I can pay them twice as much. Or 80% more and still come out ahead. It could benefit both parties.

CEOs don’t get to be CEOs by working two full time jobs. I’ve got no issues as long as all the work is getting done

Indeed does have different competency tests that are timed.
Bait and switch: “dog candle business!” -> “how to use big brother to monitor employees”
These episodes cover a zillion ideas! Can’t cover them all in a short thumbnail or title
