Gout, arthritis, no periods, A1C at 8%, headaches, sleep apnea. After Keto and OMAD, lost 60 pounds. Gout and arthritis was gone after month 3, Periods came back after 6 months of keto, maintaining a 5.5 A1C for over a year now. Headaches from sleep apnea greatly reduced, I can even go without my mask. Keto improved not only my life but my family sees the improvements and are coming onboard so it can be a help to their lives.

As someone who struggled with insulin resistance and weight fluctuations, discovering HyperKeto was a game-changer. Unlike fad diets that promise quick fixes but often lead to disappointment, HyperKeto offers a sustainable approach to weight loss and improved metabolic health. By limiting carbohydrate intake and prioritizing healthy fats, this program helps stabilize blood sugar levels and promote fat loss without sacrificing taste or satisfaction. Trust me, HyperKeto is not just a diet-it's a lifestyle transformation.

"Eat your belly full every day and lose weight." -
That's not true AT ALL... Fats have the highest amount of calories compared to Carbohydrates or Protein. You still need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight: you still need to watch the amount of food being eaten. And in order to maximize ketosis with intermittent fasting this means a one meal a day or two meals a day plan should be done with medium to small sized plates...
Eating without control all day, every single day is a disaster or slows down or stops weight loss. Too many people do keto unhealthy or overeat... Not realizing they are taking ten steps backwards and one step forward to their weight loss goal.

@@centripetal6157Obviously, it’s still possible to lose weight on any diet - just eat fewer calories than you burn, right? The problem with this simplistic advice is that it ignores the elephant in the room: hunger. Most people don’t like to “just eat less,” as it may result in having to go hungry forever. Sooner or later, many will likely give up and eat without restriction, hence the prevalence of “yo-yo dieting.” While it should be possible to lose weight on any diet, some appear to make it easier and some to make it much harder.
The main advantage of the low-carb diet is that it may cause you to want to eat less. Even without counting calories, overweight people tend to eat fewer calories on low carbs. Thus, calories count, but you don’t need to count them.

I bought the book and I think it provides those details, but honestly... I did not care for the smoothies at all... I had to add a ton of extra water to thin them out - I think I made it four days and decided it wasn't for me. Fortunately, I only have twenty pounds to lose, but seems it's working for some. Also, her books are meant to jump start weight loss - so you do this for 14 days and then move forward and eat healthy while incorporating what you've learned into your lifestyle. I definitely prefer her 10-day smoothie cleanse over this one though.

A lot of the time we think of keto as the “eat a lot of fats” diet but keto is an “operate on fats” diet which means just make fats a slight majority of what you’re taking in. There’s no need to overeat on fat to get into ketosis. Your body will revert to burning your own fat stores even after just fasting intermittently. Try simply minimizing carbs that aren’t fruits and vegetables and then focus on putting in healthy vegan fats in their place. For example instead of having a loaded baked potato, pile some sautéed onions and peppers onto a freshly halved avocado.
