I've been to hell and back with joint pain. Spend thousands on doctor's and their poison. I've started on Keto today, purely out of desperation. I crushed my entire body in a car crash 4 years ago. I have widespread chronic pain. I've been keto since January 13th and it has really helped reduce my pain and inflammation and increase my energy level. I've also dropped 75 pounds. As far as pain reduction goes, I'd say I really started noticing around week 3. I hope it helps you too!
I can't thank you enough for having these videos. You made starting the Keto diet so easy. You told me what to eat and how to make it. People like me really need support like this. Every day I got to eat delicious food it was hard to say I was on a diet when the food was so good. I slipped off the wagon during lockdown and started to puck up one infection after another. I've just come out of hospital after getting hit with the worst cast of malaria I've ever known, plus a chest infection, head cold and a fungal infection that broke out on three parts of my body. I sure hope I've learned my lesson.
Hello dear. I've been cruising the keto community for a few years now. I've got a pantry of ingredients and Rubbermaid containers, and buckets, etc...Highly regret going that route. I've come back to the beginning and loving the simplicity but great flavor of your recipes. I bought your cookbook today and I'm confident I'll love it. I have been on Keto for a year and lost 50 lbs in the first 8 months and then I stalled out for about the last 4 months. I realized I had just been making too many snacks and taking too many liberties and my keto got lazier and I started drinking too many times. This is my problem. Ive been stalled, but I find myself eating Keto snacks everyday like Rebel ice cream (still only 1/4 cup) highkey keto cookies etc. I need to stop that and use them as just a treat Every once in awhile! These meals look delish!!!!

I have been thinking about doing this, but after watching this guy’s video on just the meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner it seems really doable. The hard part for me is going to be no alcohol.
Just made the ground beef and broccoli! So good. I used mushrooms instead of zucchini. It was like having Mac and cheese! Very satisfying. I’ve been keto off and on and just found you. I only do 2 meals a day so lunch was eggs, ham and guacamole. Love the stuff you cook. it’s real food and things I like. Indian food is my fav so love the keto versions. Gonna do the 4 weeks and see what happens!

I love how you're doing this. But I have to eat down the fresh and thawed food I already have first. So, I can't start this yet. I'm on a very limited budget. Can't wait until the 10th!.. I had to go off the diet for a while because the Chemo totally wrecked my ability to digest fats. So, I was advised to take carbs for calories for now and work back to Keto slowly as I'm able. I know this isn't exactly slow, but I think it will work. Thank you, Sahil. I really needed just a K.I.S.S. plan! XO

This was so encouraging thank you for sharing. I'm going to start Keto this week using your beginners guide. I've been nervous starting because I don't want to spend so much money on food and have it go bad before I've eaten it all because I'm trying to do a bunch of different recipes. Keeping a simple meal plan, eating the same thing to cut down on grocery costs will take a lot of the stress out of starting. Bless
Sir, I've already subscribed to your channel but I've absolutely NO weight to lose! I'm 67 years old, 5' 4" tall and weighed 110 lbs. I'm currently on my own diet and so far am doing alright but I just don't want alright; I want my A1c to be below 6. I was 115 lbs when I started my own diet and quickly went down to 96 lbs; I stopped eating rice, potatoes, roti etc and got very skinny and weak. My doctor said that if I don't eat more Carbs I'll get weaker and more sick and may also die so I returned to eating some Yukon Gold potatoes, rice and rarely a slice of whole grain bread; not very often and neither too much. I've regained the 14 lbs that I lost. I'm a bit scared but I WILL give your way of eating a try and see what happens; I'll surely get back to you. Thank you sir and God bless 🙏🌹

@@starseed4430 I lost 32lbs and then I treated myself lol. I do know that I ever went into ketosis because I'm constantly hungry. I did gain 5lbs back but that's mostly water weight. Not sure if keto is for me.

I've always been a healthy eater and loved binging on fruits and vegetables that went along with my yogic lifestyle. Good morning from Dallas Texas. I started your Keto for beginners week one and went from 229 pounds to 222 pounds by day 7. Woohoo! Lost 7 pounds. I had tried Keto on my own back last August with no weekly menu to follow. By third week had only dropped 10 pounds but ran out of ideas for meal planning so I stopped. Love how you set up weekly menus so no guessing what to cook for first weeks on Keto. Love the peanut dressing. For the salad I use Everything Bagel Seasoning in place of buying separate sesame seeds. Please keep up your great videos. Thank you.
@@jayluurssen2151 Great. Have lost 20 more pounds. After finished the first 4 week menus I repeated the first two weeks again then switched to partial weighing of my proteins. Found I wasn't eating enough plus fats so weight lose slowed even with exercise. Having my meals prepacked is my key to staying on Keto. Plus I look at Keto as not what foods I can't eat but as how creative I can be with what I can cook up.

I slipped off the wagon during lockdown and started to puck up one infection after another. I've just come out of hospital after getting hit with the worst cast of malaria I've ever known, plus a chest infection, head cold and a fungal infection that broke out on three parts of my body. I sure hope I've learned my lesson.

Hello dear. I've been cruising the keto community for a few years now. I've got a pantry of ingredients and Rubbermaid containers, and buckets, etc...Highly regret going that route. I've come back to the beginning and loving the simplicity but great flavor of your recipes. I bought your cookbook today and I'm confident I'll love it.

Hello. So I am plant based.
I intend to do the following
100g tofu, crumbled and seasoned with Tumeric, curry powder and nutritional yeast
1/2 avocado
8 olives
1 cup soya chunks (rehydrated)
1/2 onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 teaspn paprika
1 zuchinni
1 cup broccoli
1/4 cup cocoanut crean
2 tabspn peanut butter
Lettuce leaves
100g tofu, bbq sprinkle, fried in chunks with 1 teaspn avocado oil
1 teaspn sesame seed oil
1 teaspn soya sauce
Garlic, ginger, chilli
1 cup shreddedcabbage, green
1 cup shredded cabbage, red.
Will see how I go

Update. Day 1 done. As I am very busy, I drank 2 coffees during the day and eat all three meals and the 1 snack in 1 hour at night.
Just finished week one, lost 5.5 lbs! Could not be easier! Thank you for the recipes and meal plan. It’s all so good!! Food prepping week 2 now!

This is my problem. Ive been stalled, but I find myself eating Keto snacks everyday like Rebel ice cream (still only 1/4 cup) highkey keto cookies etc. I need to stop that and use them as just a treat Every once in awhile! These meals look delish!!!!

just meal prepped this meal for my first week of keto. i have pcos so it is extremely hard for me to loose weight. i was searching for meal plans because it’s a bit overwhelming and all the websites wanted to charge money. i am so thankful i came across your page. you indirectly inspired to begin my journey this morning, and so tomorrow is my first day on keto. cheering with a tequila sunrise and saying goodbye to alcohol for a while. cannot wait to see my progress.

Just made the ground beef and broccoli! So good. I used mushrooms instead of zucchini. It was like having Mac and cheese! Very satisfying. I’ve been keto off and on and just found you. I only do 2 meals a day so lunch was eggs, ham and guacamole. Love the stuff you cook. it’s real food and things I like. Indian food is my fav so love the keto versions. Gonna do the 4 weeks and see what happens!

I had to go off the diet for a while because the Chemo totally wrecked my ability to digest fats. So, I was advised to take carbs for calories for now and work back to Keto slowly as I'm able. I know this isn't exactly slow, but I think it will work.

This was so encouraging thank you for sharing. I'm going to start Keto this week using your beginners guide. I've been nervous starting because I don't want to spend so much money on food and have it go bad before I've eaten it all because I'm trying to do a bunch of different recipes. Keeping a simple meal plan, eating the same thing to cut down on grocery costs will take a lot of the stress out of starting. Bless

Sir, I've already subscribed to your channel but I've absolutely NO weight to lose! I'm 67 years old, 5' 4" tall and weighed 110 lbs. I'm currently on my own diet and so far am doing alright but I just don't want alright; I want my A1c to be below 6.
I was 115 lbs when I started my own diet and quickly went down to 96 lbs; I stopped eating rice, potatoes, roti etc and got very skinny and weak.
My doctor said that if I don't eat more Carbs I'll get weaker and more sick and may also die so I returned to eating some Yukon Gold potatoes, rice and rarely a slice of whole grain bread; not very often and neither too much. I've regained the 14 lbs that I lost.
I'm a bit scared but I WILL give your way of eating a try and see what happens; I'll surely get back to you.

@@starseed4430 I lost 32lbs and then I treated myself lol. I do know that I ever went into ketosis because I'm constantly hungry. I did gain 5lbs back but that's mostly water weight. Not sure if keto is for me.
@@jenc893 Thankyou for sharing your experience. I'm on day three and struggling with eating so much meat. It's kind of depressing me. I'm not sure if this diet is for me either. I've always been a healthy eater and loved binging on fruits and vegetables that went along with my yogic lifestyle. I will continue for another week and see how it goes once my body kicks into ketosis.

Good morning from Dallas Texas. I started your Keto for beginners week one and went from 229 pounds to 222 pounds by day 7. Woohoo! Lost 7 pounds. I had tried Keto on my own back last August with no weekly menu to follow. By third week had only dropped 10 pounds but ran out of ideas for meal planning so I stopped. Love how you set up weekly menus so no guessing what to cook for first weeks on Keto. Love the peanut dressing. For the salad I use Everything Bagel Seasoning in place of buying separate sesame seeds. Please keep up your great videos. Thank you.

@@jayluurssen2151 Great. Have lost 20 more pounds. After finished the first 4 week menus I repeated the first two weeks again then switched to partial weighing of my proteins. Found I wasn't eating enough plus fats so weight lose slowed even with exercise. Having my meals prepacked is my key to staying on Keto. Plus I look at Keto as not what foods I can't eat but as how creative I can be with what I can cook up.

What i love about these recipes is that everything is affordable. No £4.80 quinoa for 200g, no strange things that look delicious but only sold in America and therefore cost £27 to ship to the UK. Fabulous!
