This is a great price for a house in the city center right near grocery and also free parking! Also a bus that goes to Pescara! If you needed a little extra sleeping space you could put a bed or bunk beds in that pass thru from the stairs to the bedroom, if you wanted to keep that downstairs room as a lounge area.

San Valentino in Abruzzo Citeriore is a small mountain village Immersed in the Apennines, less than 40 kilometers from the Adriatic coast, the medieval village is located at the northern end of the Majella National Park. Funny, I was wondering what the fishing situation is, as well, for my husband. I think most of these lower Apennine mountain streams have trout, but how much is wild vs. stocked (lots of stocking) seems dependent on location.
I would first redo the whole kitchen...I would get rid of the dish cabinet and create a better kitchen...other than that it's not bad...redo the bathrooms...take out all of the furniture and start with a blank canvas...I rather put my own touch to a place instead of having someone else's furniture in my space

Is there a railway station in this town and is this place furnished?
Paola said there is a bus stop in front of the beer garden to Pescara. I am assuming there is a train station in Pescara.
