I notice in these videos the camera is pointed down a LOT. It would be helpful to either hold the camera eye level or zoom out a little.

As this appears still available on your website, you should consider rewording the description. You say the house was “egregiously renovated”, which, if true, would not have given the positive results seen here. The price - @€500/sq m - is a bit crazy good, considering that was the rate for property in need of total renovation in Toscana before the financial crisis.

I really should visit this village on my next trip to Abruzzo in March.

Happy Holidays to All! 🎅 🎄 The possibility of removing the plaster from the second floor to expose the ceilings is a deal maker. I love the Italian ceilings. The room behind the second floor bedroom would make a great bathroom and walk-in closet. The terrace was a wonderful surprise in a €24,000 home. The community/village is a big positive. A place to park a car is great especially for Americans.
