Rino, I keep seeing this whenever someone quotes renovation costs: €750 per sq meter. Is this a good price to base future costs on? It seems rather high, but I suppose that depends on the quality of materials used.
Rino and Paola, what services are there in Abbateggio? Is there a restaurant, an alimentari, an ufficio postale ... ? Lovely video. This village is super sweet 😎😎😎.
Abbateggio is a very small town, here you can find a bar, a very nice restaurant and some food stores. However only 5 minutes away by car we have San Valentino in Abruzzo Citeriore where to find all the necessary services!
Quick question, so the apartment is fully renovate and everything is looking good but, what if the neighbour's apartment will have a problem, like cracks on the wall and leaking water etc etc etc. What will happen if the water runs through your walls. What if neighbor doesn't have the money to fix it?
if it happened the neighbor would answer for it.
If he didn't have money to fix it it would be a problem.You could turn to the law but there is no immediate effect

Yes there are a few daily buses that connect the lovely Abbateggio to the city of Pescara and nearby towns!

это совсем не так, в Аббатеджио мало домов на продажу, остальные все отремонтированы и заселены
