Hi! I was wondering if the amount of butter is half or a third of a cup? In the video you say half a cup but your printed recipe says 6 tablespoons (which is 90 ml, i.e. a third of a cup)? It's probably a minor detail but I was just wondering if it would make such a big difference between using 1/2 vs 1/3 of a cup? Oh! and btw, thank you so much for all your great work and amazing recipes. ❤❤
@@jackiebrown1971 Recipe development is always a process.... I'm always thinking of little things to make a recipe even better. There are only a few that I consider perfect as is! ;)
I'm not a fan of coconut, what suggestions would you have for making it without it? Should I increase the pumpkin seeds or add nuts to make up for less dry ingredients? Thank you!
Try making a small batch of the original recipe just without the coconut to see if you even need a substitute. If you decide you do, having tasted it you'd have a better idea what add-in would go better with everything. Possible subs include hemp hearts or another edible seed or nut you like. The important thing is to create a texture and taste profile you enjoy.
It is most definitely NOT in "every stinkin keto recipe". I have plenty of great recipes that use coconut flour or other flours. All you have to do is go to my blog and search for them.

Much better than searching the internet every time I want to bake. And we all know you are the ultimate Keto baker!

It works both ways but I decided to cut back a bit in the written recipe because mine were overly soft. So I'd say go with the 6 tbsp.

I think you could... but I would reduce the amount of one of the other nuts/seeds to accommodate. That ups the protein too!
