I have a big question for you I hope you can help me on this one. I purchased one of this so I did install the battery and it seems the inverter works , the switch on run low oil pressure comes up but it doesn’t crank at all also I can’t heard the fuel pump to kick in also the preheat won’t work eather Any advice on this ? Thank you in advance and happy thanksgiving 🦃
I have a playlist a made a few years back where I went completely through one of these over 6 videos. Should help you out. You won't know if the inverter works unless it is running.

Nice video ! How much would be the maximum you would pay for one of these models? I'm trying to buy one of these at auction but I have no idea how much it's worth paying.
I wouldn't pay much at auction as nothing is tested. The most they do is start them. A unit that runs means nothing. I have had to part out & scrap quite a few "running" units from GovPlanet that were not worth repairing.
@ it make sense, i wouldn’t pay more than 500-600 like you says is not tested can be good or it could need a lot money on repairs.
@miguelgodinez2286 Yeah, that's fair. Just remembered all the fees and taxes. I have some fully refurbished MEP-531A listed on my eBay store if that would meet your needs.
why does it matter which wire goes on top for terminal E?
Not really sure, Kurt put that in the instructions. He's meticulous on things working right & having all the details right so they do. So, I follow! 💪

I guess I neglected to go over hooking the battery back up. You can also pull start. :)
