The video sold me on purchasing one of your bikes for my son. I detest spending my money on stuff coming from china. So, let's just call it like we see it, the bike arrived and the sticker on the bottom of the frame says made in china and assembled in USA. Even if you are assembling something in Indiana, which is great, nobody is going to watch this video and have any other impression about your product other than it is legitimately made in the USA. If the components are still coming from a factory in china then it just isn't made in the USA. Plastering the video with American flags and saying how every other manufacturer gets stuff from china but your different is a load of BS. Just be honest about it. If you really care about sourcing USA made products you know how hard it is to find them. I could hardly believe I was buying a legit made in USA bike for the asking price and immediately decided this was the one to get my son. Now, I know why it seemed too good to be true! Nowhere does it say on your FAQ like hey, why does my bike say made in china? If its to keep prices low but ensure proper assembly in the USA then fine but you've got to be up front about it. Again, I applaud your efforts. I know that is is hardly possible to be competitive trying to actually manufacture a product in the United States with the majority of what the consumer market demands ( Wanting CHEAP JUNK). The bike has all the design features I wanted and I'm sure you'll sell millions. The marketing material and verbiage may pass the sniff test with a lawyer but that is not the test. It doesn't pass the test when its been crafted to give customers a certain impression that is not true.
We opened our factory in late 2022, and we're executing a phased approach to a fully made in the USA bike. So far, we have executed Phase 1, building a scaled bicycle assembly plant in Indiana. Phase 2 & 3 will introduce our own powdercoating, frame manufacturing, and rim manufacturing - all three are coming online in 2025. This phased approach to re-shoring is explained on our blog, I encourage you to check it out on our website. We believe making bikes in the USA at a great price point IS possible, and we intend to prove it, which is why we started this journey, and why we are sharing so much along the way. By purchasing from us you are helping support the execution of these phases, so thank you for being a customer! Keep following along on UA-cam and you’ll see this vision come to life over multiple episodes.
Thanks for your input. To clarify a few points, our end goal is to be 100% Made in the USA, and we are getting closer every day. This video takes you back to the beginning and shows the beginning of our journey in choosing where our USA factory will be. We will continue to tell our story with additional videos behind the scenes each step of the way. The first step in this journey is to assemble our bikes in the USA, which we have completed. The next step will be powder coating and welding our own frames right here in the USA. While it will take time for all components to come from the USA, we are committed to taking you along for the ride. We apologize for any misunderstanding. We do not claim "Made in the USA" anywhere on our site or in our marketing materials. We proudly state "Assembled in the USA," as it is our first step toward bringing bike manufacturing 100% back to the USA. It's a process, and we are excited to have you with us on this journey. We have strong hopes that by 2025 we will indeed be proudly stating Made in the USA!

That is awesome.
How much more does it cost to make the bikes here stateside? Just curious as a fellow entrepreneur
It can be done competitively in the US, it just takes innovation, creativity, and the will to get it done.
I really dont care at all about you being the "greenest" bike company, or any of that. That's not important to me at alI. just want a quality bike.
