Great video. Parker is a well kept secret. If you want land and don't want to pay Frisco or Prosper prices for the equivalent size lot, Parker is it. Frisco in particular has several communities with big lots, Hills of Kingswood, Fields, etc, but you will pay a lot more for a lot this size with a house to match. Grand doesn't make the most modern looking house, some of it is overdone and old timey looking, but can be customized to a degree. Parker makes perfect sense if you want land. The second house doesn't even compare, as it was just totally unimpressive.

Does this builder have this same floor plan as a single story just under 3,000 sq ft? W/ in law apt attached? This one’s so nice but much bigger than we need.
If you want to guarantee you get screwed then don't use an agent. I am a lender and my buyers that choose not to use a realtor end up asking me all the questions a realtor would answer, and none of the contracts are in their favor.

@@MrGanilkumar It’s new construction so the electric bill is much cheaper than you think 👍 Probably a few hundred bucks a month for a house this size on average!
