i Think calling this north dallas is misleading. I've lived here in the DFW area for 40 years and only heard of Farmersville recently. It is about an hour from downtown dallas so I don't think its Dallas, its closer to Greenville. The only reason its North Dallas is because its in Collin County, but the County is huge.
@@l.h.tnguyen4916 I was also born and raised in Dallas, specifically Forney. When I told people out of state where I was from I always say Dallas. It’s a North Dallas Suburb. If I labeled this video “Farmersville” nobody would see this video and people looking in the area would have no clue about this place. I’ve already helped multiple people looking into the Dallas area purchase here. The Dallas Cowboys play in Arlington and we don’t call them the Arlington Cowboys 👊 Thanks for watching!
