Yes there is, but the tax rate dropped to around 2.5 from almost 3 so it is in line with the average in the area. Every buyer has to sign multiple documents disclosing this. Thanks for watching 👍 All my buyers are informed.

It will be all the way up in Sherman in Dension on the Oklahoma border. The reason is because places like Plano, Frisco, Allen, Mckinney etc. Have everything Dallas has and then some. Only difference is it’s all brand new. I have very few people that relocate and actually work in Dallas. Frisco is supposed to have more commercial than Dallas in the next 5-10 years. Nobody actually needs to go to Dallas anymore unless they are watching a Mavs/Stars game.

We do get them, but I’ve personally never seen one. I also don’t know anyone who has. I know that they are one of the more affordable builders, but I’ve never personally sold one or had anyone been asked to buy one. I think there are better options 👍 Let me know if I can help!

Sounds like you didn't watch the video and have not watched any of my videos. I covered pricing multiple time, location, neighborhood etc.. I do this in all my videos. You are the first one that has said I have low energy! If every real estate channel was the same, it would be pretty boring! I get calls and help people move here almost everyday so I would say that it is working! You should start a channel and show me how it's done! Have a great weekend and good luck finding the channel and agent that works best for you!

Nothing in this video is anywhere near that price! Frisco is expensive though. I agree and usually help people purchase slightly north to get more for their money!

@@livinginnorthdallastx According to recent Lexington community video from 2 other agents, it mentions that the most expensive model/home plan to be built here is 1.8 millions plus some other models more than 1 millions!

@@livinginnorthdallastx I watched the other video again, some models are going to be 1.7 - 1.9 millions. Certainly, many of other models are only between 1.2 millions and 1.5 millions!

Why is it expensive ? Is it bcz many techies live there ? And they raised the property price ? Though Frisco is a suburb ? Isn't it ?

They are all separated and the townhomes are actually really nice! They have similar setups in places like Frisco for 200k more 👍 Luckily there are many other great areas to choose from!

Do you think there will be privacy issues for 1 story SFH as there will be 2nd story townhome windows looking at backyard? Also will there be any resale issues with SFH in a neighborhood mixed with townhomes.

@@chrispure7461 I didn’t see any new homes backing up to townhomes. If there is it isn’t many. They are higher end homes and townhomes, so I don’t see an issue. Something you see in Plano, Frisco etc. Just catching up to other urban areas . It’s not for everyone!
