I love Grand Homes! I followed all their builds about 10 or 15 years ago, maybe more. (Time flies) In fact, they had this very same home build only slightly different, but still as gorgeous! The price back then was a lot cheaper, too, lol! Grand Homes had me and my husband wanting to move to Texas! We decided against it in the end though.
@AlexPiechDallasTXLiving The only reason we didn't was because our family is here in Rhode Island. It would have been difficult leaving them. Plus, we have grandchildren, and I couldn't imagine seeing them only once in a while. We did think hard and long about it back then, but family meant more. It would have been great if they would have moved with us! Lol!
This house is horribly designed. There's no flow, useless rooms within rooms, and add-ons that make no sense where they're built. Also, that formal dining room being so far from the kitchen and also being tiny!!!
