I know children of the time love this set because nostalgia always hits where you are connected, but to me, this is one of the sets that started Lego's downfall.

Yeah, I see what you're saying. But I still LOVE the dragon bigfigs - a great enemy for the Black Knights! But I think the real downward was the 'Fright Knights' lol ;-)

Always liked that castle in general buuut for the dragon head. Always thought it to be too big. I know it has functional, but was my opinion.

Yeah, it's weird for sure -- but it's a unique build in the Castle world, so I love it! It makes the castle stand out compared to others
