Damn man where ya been?? Lol I haven’t watched yet, watching now tho. Why didn’t you trim the trigger guard up to the trigger instead of leaving that 1/8th of an inch over hang?? Normally you trim up to the trigger guard, from what I remember. Hope alls well man
Thanks, my dude. This was really helpful. Any vacuum forming tips/tricks you got are great. I haven't gotten mine to work yet, but I also haven't purchased a legit mold and I'm using a shop vac, not a vacuum pump. I believe that I saw yours is 12 CFM from another video you did. I think my shop vac is like 24 or 25. That should work, right?
a shop vac would have to be plumbed perfectly. in theory it could work but the sudden suction isnt really there. i have a hfs 12 cfm 2 stage pump off amazon. ran like 240 i think.
@@FalTacUnlimitedLLC Welp! Open for suggestions as to how I'm gonna tell my wife that I need to drop a couple more bills into my "hobby." Hahaha Why do I love the things that cost all the monies? Music, guns, kydex bending... at least fishing is cheap. 🤣
@@FalTacUnlimitedLLC Dude, my wife jokingly said "You can't watch that guy anymore" after I told her why I needed that vac pump. lol It's ordered and should be in by mid-May. So is it worth it to make your own gun molds? Or better to just buy them?
What speed do you run your router at? And I thought you were only suppose to cut one direction with the router bit but it looks like it works fine when you did the top going the opposite direction.
Not sure if my speed is adjustable. But I'd say full blast! Lol. They are directional and it can get away from you. Firm grip and experience helps. Do what your comfortable with
Placed my order 2 months ago, and have not received anything. I know it says lead time is about a month. I know you had trouble with your email and accounts, did my order not come through? My card was charged.
You inspire me man. Thanks for the awesome content.
This looks like it speeds up the process, pretty cool
Fantastic
Get it!

Hey just wondering are the molds identical for the 43 and 43x? I have a 43 mold and a customer has a 43x.
They are different. The 43x will cover both 43 and 43x but the 43 will not fit the 43x
