I really love this, not overdone, just enough. I was addicted to building a few years ago, think I might get back into it. So many thousands of mods left to try haha.
It took me a while to stop over building. It's more realistic, and the game just can't handle to much building at a settlement. Maybe in 5 you can make some mega settlements with lots of clutter.
Thanks appreciate it. Ya it took some time to do this one. It takes some time to load if you walk up to it but never crashes surprisingly given how modded the location is.
@@thunderfish2 No Sweat! Love seeing fellow youtubers building in this space. The fallout settlement system is a blast with the right mods. Will keep putting out and supporting content in this space until we're old and grey and fallout 5 comes out xD
quite impressive, though I'll be doing the NCR version of Jamica Plain. I'm well aware of the NCR lacking Vertibirds (or Osprey's irl) and supplies to send a squad of troops to the east coast. however the NCR could send the Courier and his or her own companions to the east coast (privately funded of course and the courier would have to use his or her own resources to get from Nevada to Boston) and train the local minutemen into the NCR there using the resources already there in Boston.
Thanks gamepad. I'm with you on the NCR always liked their gear and outfits. Can see why you'd like to style your FO4 settlements after them. I do like the whole minutemen thing as well though. And I think with the General leading them , he could give them an advantage no one else could match, being first hand training techniques of the U.S Army as he was a Veteran of the U.S Army. I actually contemplated making the minutemen all U.S army looking but decided to keep them minutemen due to some cool mods. Anyway thanks for checking out the build.
@@thunderfish2 No problem. one other thing that I also took into account is towards the end of New Vegas the NCR claims the Mojave, I suspect it would take them 6 years or so to fully get the mojave under control since the Legion would no longer be a threat. and with Mr House out of the picture New Vegas it's self would also fall under NCR control. The same goes for the fiends. hell the NCR wouldn't even bother with Utah.
Thanks. Ya the Doc ain't messing around. The borders run frome the edge of Hyde Park to just the other side of the diner and from about the mid point of the pond on either side to the street that runs along the freeway.
No. I've only ever used it briefly, Sim settlements is intriguing looking, though. But it did take a few mods to do this build obviously one to extend the borders, then one that repaired the buildings inside the original settlement boundaries, then another to open up the closed house inside the original boundaries, then lastly I used Beantown interiors to open up the closed houses, and the central commercial building. Everything else I did myself, the restoration of the town hall, and the building I turned into the bar was super satisfying. And I've only ever had 1 crash here, which surprised me, it's been super stable.
Beantown interiors. It's a well done mod for what what it is. But it's a terrible mod in the sense that it breaks precombines the world over. Only installed for JP

Beautiful settlement well done
Thanks Todd I love your game
All great and all mighty Todd will you ever release fallout new Vegas remastered
Very impressive! You've remade nearly all of the town. And it's all very interesting as well. I'll bet that took you weeks to complete!! I love it.

Pretty Cool turning that ghoul infested hell hole into an idilic little town! Enjoyed
Enjoyed your comments. Thanks. Put a lot of work into the place. Always liked the little town for some reason.

This looks super cool. Awesome little town.

Nice job b loo ending the builds with the original buildings! I subbed
Had to restore the town. Took several mods to make it possible.
Uh oh! Granny bringing a mini gun to a shootout. Nicely done! Would love to see where your borders are.

Very cool. Makes me wish I could start playing.
Just curious, how come you can't start playing ?
Super travail à jamaica plain 👍
Thanks. It's a town again.

@@moondare4836I think I use All Settlements Expanded (or Extended), doesn’t have that problem from memory.
@@moondare4836There’s another one called All In One from memory, it’s been awhile since I played.
WoW 👏
Lol. Thanks
Superbe comme résultat. Je ne peux pas utiliser les modules, ça bloque mon clavier.
Thanks
What system are you playing it on and what mods are you using
Built on one x. Now on series x.
