    Ingredients:
    - Fish of your choice (for this recipe I used Salmon)
    - Kashmiri chili - 2 tbsp
    - Garam masala - 1 tsp
    - Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
    - Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
    - Yogurt - 2 tbsp
    - Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
    - Salt as per taste
    - Oil (Sunflower) - 1 tbsp
    Method:
    1. In a bowl mix all the spices with ginger garlic paste, yogurt, lemon juice, and oil
    2. Add Salmon into the marinade and marinate for 30-60 minutes
    3. Preheat the oven to 400° F
    4. Place the marinated salmon on the grill pan and bake for 10 minutes in the oven
    5. Then turn up the heat to broil and cook for 2-3 minutes until it starts to char on the surface (keep an eye, as it can burn quickly)
