BBQ Tandoori Grilled Fish | NEW Healthy Grilled Fish Restaurant Style Recipe In Pan, No Oven / Grill

  • Grilled fish with less oil without oven and without grill by Chef Mariam creator of Cooking With Passion. This is a healthy and unique fish recipe that you can easily grill on stove top and enjoy with bread of your choice or with my simple pulao / tarka rice, you can search for my simple pulao recipe.     Ingredients:
    - Fish 500 (i’m using boneless)
    For cleaning process:
    - Vinegar 1/4 cup
    - Water 2 - 3 cup
    - salt 1 tsp or to taste (leave fish fillets in vinegar and water for 8 - 10 minutes )
    This cleaning process will reduce fish smell but you can skip this method if fish smell doesn’t bother you.
    For marination:
    - lemon juice 2 Tbs
    - fresh garlic paste 1 tbs
    - salt to taste
    - chili powder 1/2 tsp or to taste
    - kashmiri red chili powder / paprika 1 tsp
    - coriander powder 1/2 tsp
    - cumin powder 1/2 tsp
    - turmeric powder 1/4 tsp (for nice color)
    - All spice (homemade) 1/4 tsp (search for recipe )
    - crushed carom seeds 1/4 tsp
    - yellow food color 1 pinch
    Before apply marination make sure fish is completely dry otherwise it will take more time to cook and evaporates moisture.
    Refigerate marinated fish for 1 - 2 hours.
    Cooking method:
    1: For indoor grill hack use an old pan and add some salt (salt will help to reduce excess smoke) and grill
    over the pan.
    2: cook direct in pan or skillet.
