Turns out awesome. No matter what mess up you do, this recipe has an inherent resilience to turn out to be good. Tried multiple times in multiple different batch sizes. And invariably messed up here and there. But surprisingly this ends up tasting beautiful at the end. Magical ! 👌🏻

Generally it said that Curd and fish combination is Not good. So is it ok tu put curd for marinating?

If you planning to eat at that very second you can add curd or else if you planning to eat a day later marinate it with malt vinegar
